I liked how friendly the staff was there to greet us and answer our questions. We booked at the last minute but I'm glad I decided on this hotel compared to others at first glance because of past ratings, cost, and policies. I was looking for hotels that allow 18+ years old check-in and you were one of the few who did, I don't think the trip would've been the same without this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the beds felt nice, and the environment was very welcoming. Also the location wise was great because it wasn't that far from the concert stadium and was by some places we had eaten at before. Will book with this hotel again.
The only thing I didn't like and this is just a personal preference, but I just needed one or two more pillows, I usually sleep with my head on two pillows or so and the beds came with three so I just stacked two on one side, I'm not sure if I could ask for more, I just forgot to, it was a short stay. But this hotel was still amazing and I love how it could accommodate my and my brothers' needs.

The room was nice and comfy. Easy parking. About 15 minutes from downtown, so great location. Staff was nice and friendly. Clean room and smelled great. Just wish breakfast was included lol, but hey

There was no breafast when we got down there. Location was great. The room was noisy. People across the hall were up until very late. Kept us up
The noise. Someone should check the hallways for noisy people

It was a nice comfortable place with lots of nice amenities.
The above average price didn’t include a continental breakfast. We spent additional money on inflated prices for breakfast.

Staff is friendly. Smells clean and beds are so comfortable. 5 minutes to the airport. Food very delicious. Carpet in the room looked very clean and new.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Maybe we were located so far back in the hotel it took us some time to get to the lobby. 2 of us have problems walking long distances. Trash cans in the bathroom area would be nice. Not just at the sink area. You need them in both places.
