It was in a good location
It was sold as having a river view but you couldn't see the river at all. When we talked to them about it they said it shouldn't be sold that way but made no concessions.

Character and design of hotel and rooms were great.
Website and staff did not indicate that the restaurant would have a menu that consists of one sandwich and almost all local restaurants would be closed. That significantly impacts stay and comfort. They left elderly walking down a hill looking for food!!!
