Staff was friendly

We were supposed to get a free breakfast but we didn't get one because we had to leave early

I booked a smoke free room and our hotel room had a horrible smoke smell. I called the front desk and she said there was nothing else available. My daughter had to use her inhaler twice while I booked another room elsewhere causing me to spend more money

It needs to be renovated badly. The tub drain is cracked with holes. There ate gaps where the outlets are.

Room smelled awful. Sink was clogged and the bathroom was disgusting.

Got to park 5 feet from our door.

If you just need "shelter" it's fine. Room smelled like an old smokey basement, shower had mold, TV quality was poor, and the mattress must've had a plastic wrap because it was so noisy when you rolled over. Like I said, it was shelter.

Both of the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

There were about a dozen live/dead stink bugs all over the room. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them (nonsmoking room). Hairs on the toilet, hairs on the tub, hairs on the towels. Crusty buildup of some kind on the bed skirt. Bathroom door broken.

AC don't work properly. TV remote didn't have batteries. Room was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. I requested a different room but was denied. Metal strip between room and wash area was not screwed down and could have cut one's feet.

Affordable stay and super friendly staff. Quiet location. Free Breakfast!! Unlimited Coffee and Juice.

Mostly good. The drainage of the tub was slow. Otherwise a nice stay.

Had working laundry and ice machines.

The staff didn't seem to pass on problems to the next shift to keep them all abreast to what was going on.

Stopper in tub was worn, water immediately leaked out. Door weather stripping was mangled at bottom letting in a cold draft.

Great staff, always ready to ensure a nice stay. Clean economical place to stay.

Rather tired building in need of renovations. The shower did don¿t work in the first room we had. We were helped to move into the room next door. The bedspread there had holes in it.

The hotel is somewhat dated, but it had an updated, comfy bed, and great breakfast buffet. Conveniently located and perfect for a quick, overnight stay.

The tub was slow to drain.Was not fond of the check-in paperwork, which said that I was being charged $15 per rented room for parking. (I had 1 car & parking was not shown as a fee when I reserved. Nor would I pay $15 for parking at this location.)

The loud people that came in at 1:00 AM I would have appreciated decaf tea. Also I would like the tea and coffee available all the time. I do realize there was a maker in the room.

Comfort and little to no noise.

Nothing of interest. But they should fix their main door to the office entrance, it¿s been that way for a while.

Very convenient location staff was very friendly, the manager was kind of creepy, always trying to come in my room¿.

The phone in my room didn¿t work cable in my room didn¿t work, their were recliners in the passageway that were broken, it was a pretty sketchy place.

Heater worked well even though there was a gap beneath the door where the wind came in.

Worst bag breakfast I ever had, bar none. Had to throw it away. Waste of a good paper bag. Coffee served with the bag was almost cold.
