- We were supposed to get a free breakfast but we didn't get one because we had to leave early
- I booked a smoke free room and our hotel room had a horrible smoke smell. I called the front desk and she said there was nothing else available. My daughter had to use her inhaler twice while I booked another room elsewhere causing me to spend more money
