- Staff were nice
- The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for us.

- I was originally put in the room 120 and then when I came back cuz I left to go get something the desk clerk said oh no room 119 is more appropriate for you because you have your dogs with you . I walked into 119 didn't look at it. It was nasty!!,
- The building looks and smells run down, from the pool, to the rooms and the hall. The pool area looked like it had not been swept in a long time, bathroom toilet wasn’t secured to the ground, rug was wet/durty
- The room was filthy, the shower rod was falling off the wall, and the pool was freezing cold.

Staff were nice
