Location was great,

Carpet in the room was gummy, turned a light colored pair of socks black on the bottom then they have an envelope in the room so you can tip the house cleaning staff. I got a tip for you shampoo your carpet!

The cleaners tend to have sticky fingers took my sleeping meds when I was at work

I have food allergies- although free breakfast, there was no fruit. Water for tea was good- no coffee taste!

Our room was never cleaned. Trash wasn't emptied. No clean towels. And the maid left a note about smoking in the room, and we weren't. As a matter of fact, the day she left the note, we were gone all day

ease of getting there, everything in room worked, staff were very congenial

Room was nice and well furnished with comfortable desk and desk chair.

I understand that due to corona virus some changes were necessary, but grab and go breakfast was disappointing. They could have been creative in adding some attractive items to replace the items they could not serve. Also, internet out for almost 2 day.

Desk clerk  apologized and changed rooms for us.

The carpet in the room was filthy. We had to. Wash our feet before putting on shoes and socks. The room was damp. The hotel uses a handyman that only patches things up. Desk offered to refund some of our payments but in the end could not .

The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was a bit spartan and the hotel itself needs some renovation. For example, the main hotel sign was broken and the pool was under repair as well.

The staff was excellent and friendly. Great location for what we were there for.

Though everything was clean, the physical upkeep left lot to desire. Not as well maintained as the last time we were there. I will not stay here again until I knew the physical maintenance was remedied.

Quiet and comfortable bed

Room felt damp and could tell someone had been smoking before us. Lots of deodorizer smell to cover it up!

Cheap lodging and close to restaurants that are open late.

I chose a room with a king sized bed and a king sized spa tub, but my room had a normal sized tub/shower combo.

The workers were all polite and helpful. Kudos to the morning breakfast lady. We could tell she takes pride in her work.

main light over sink in bathroom was out other light had a fan that was noisey room smelled mildowy shower did not drain needed lots of caulking done in bathroom no heat lamp in bathroom no cart to help you unload stuff no railing at the steps

Great for the price. Clean room, good breakfast, and very pleasant staff.

No on site gym, but they give gym vouchers to the local Y, which was great.

The staff was super nice. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The lobby decor is very tacky. Nothing matches. There were bad artificial Spring flowers stuck in the artificial plants. There were felt Easter decorations hung around. The little dirty fish aquarium didn't help much either. Not a good first impression.

Breakfast was awful. Watery eggs, no bacon, only microwaved sausage. No plain bagels, had raisins in them, yuck! Need better variety and better quality.

Nice room, clean.

Only 2 floors but, no elevator.

Great breakfast bar & staff working was very helpfull!! All tables was kept neat & clean.
