The staff was friendly. The room and vicinity were clean. Plenty of hotel activities that made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing.

Very steep hills
Water leak from the edge of the roof that directly dropped in front of our room entrance/walkway as if it rained all the time. It was annoying to have wet bottom shoes going inside our room.

Staff and pools and location are all 10/10. We did find a roach and had to ask multiple times for coffee, and the onsite store hardly had sunscreen let alone anything else useful for a multiple day stay.

We had a room that was heavily smoked in. We thought the smell went away after a day or two, but it was just us getting used to it. they gave us the timeshare pitch telling us we would get a discount on a day trip and a FREE 2 night stay. This is a lie.
