The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The facilities were clean, spacious, and comfortable.The breakfast was a good idea and a good selection, just wished that the hours were longer.

The noise from the traffic is quite persistent. Hope present renovations include a remedy to that. .

The room was clean and tidy.

There is a terrible noise from the train. There where no available seats at breakfast and the line was sooooo long.

Location was great for what we needed. Easy to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants and short drive to the venue we were hosting an event at. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is currently being renovated however I've seen hotels under renovation that are still kept clean, that is not the case here. The elevators were disgusting. The "continental breakfast" was a joke, it was basically cereal and pastries. The final straw was our shower stopped draining our 2nd night, they sent someone around1130pm when we called to attempt to fix it but they were unable. It was late and moving rooms was too much work after a long day so they front desk gave us access to another room to shower. The next day however, no one followed up or even came to try and fix or even clean the tub that was left with hair and grime from the drain. We left the room at 1pm and did not return until midnight, so there was plenty of time. So we once again, had to call the front for access to another room for a shower. I typically love Hampton Inn's, they're clean, well maintained, great staff and comfortable, so this was very disappointing to say the least.

Close to the city center and easily accessible. Bedroom was confortable.

A bit noisy because of the tram but it was fine in the end. We got a bit of trouble at first because my coworker couldn't access our room as I booked but it got solved pretty easily in the end.

Breakfast was better than expected. Hot breakfast including bread, scrambled egg, boiled egg, Real fruit juice, milk, bacon, fruit, waffle, potato. Little bit noisy from railroad. But, no problem to stay. Very good location. Close to Little italy, Marine time museum, and Old town trolley stop. We need to wash cloth after Sea world socking. But no laundry machine. Than was only discomfort to us. Waterfront park was 1 minute from hotel and very good to kids playing. No hot tub.

I booked a king size bed room with study sofa,unfortunately they gave us a 2queen bed room.They said there was no available king size bed room.How did it happened?I nooked this room 2weeks before date of arrival

The location is fabulous. We were flying out early the next day and it was a quick shot to the airport from the hotel. The choice of restaurants around the hotel is wonderful. We will be staying here again!
