- Staff was fabulous at the buffett
- the location and cleanliness
- The location is great and there are several options for food & entertainment, but overall, I will not return or recommend this hotel/resort.
Cons -
- The elevators were filthy and the front glass doors were filthy. The public bathrooms in swim areas were filthy. I reported a flooded bathroom floor from a ceiling leak in the first bthrm and 3 days later the repairman came sucked the nit fixed yet.
- main buffet which was the only thing available wasn't that great, we were also told we did not need reservations for the other restaurants on the property but that wasn't true, Our hot water did not turn on until the next day and the tv did not work
- From checking in, to buffet food quality & selection, to elevators, to the room lacking at best, there were several aspects of our stay that I did not enjoy.

The location is great and there are several options for food & entertainment, but overall, I will not return or recommend this hotel/resort.

Location - it's less than 0.3 miles to La Isla Mall, and you have access to shopping and 24 plus places to eat.
Housekeeping forgot to have our room ready, so no towels when we arrived, the mini-fridge wasn't stocked and was broken, no coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and no coffee cups. Complaints fell on deaf ears. Buffet bar food was bad. 10/10 will not recommend.
