The Park Royal Beach Cancun - All Inclusive has been certified by the Department of Tourism with the H certification which is given to hotels that comply with high standard health procedures. Guests at the Park Royal Beach Cancun - All Inclusive can enjoy a variety of water sports, including scuba diving, windsurfing and fishing at a location close to the hotel.. One of the area's largest shopping centers as well as entertainment options and a vibrant nightlife are nearby. An environment fee of US$4 per night per room is not included and will be requested by hotel at check in.

The Hotel is a 100% smoke-free space. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. Each room will be placed 1 container of water per person (over 12 years old), the use of plastic water bottles will be replaced.

- Staff was fabulous at the buffett
- the location and cleanliness
- The location is great and there are several options for food & entertainment, but overall, I will not return or recommend this hotel/resort.
Cons -
- The elevators were filthy and the front glass doors were filthy. The public bathrooms in swim areas were filthy. I reported a flooded bathroom floor from a ceiling leak in the first bthrm and 3 days later the repairman came sucked the nit fixed yet.
- main buffet which was the only thing available wasn't that great, we were also told we did not need reservations for the other restaurants on the property but that wasn't true, Our hot water did not turn on until the next day and the tv did not work
- From checking in, to buffet food quality & selection, to elevators, to the room lacking at best, there were several aspects of our stay that I did not enjoy.
