Park Royal Beach Cancun - All Inclusive

The waiters and bartenders were always very nice. Entertainment crew was great.

Not nearly enough chairs, it was understaffed, our beds were hard and had a whole in the mattress, the food was okay. The staff at the lobby was extremely unhelpful, and we got a different answer every time we asked the same question to different people.

The elevators were filthy and the front glass doors were filthy. The public bathrooms in swim areas were filthy. I reported a flooded bathroom floor from a ceiling leak in the first bthrm and 3 days later the repairman came sucked the nit fixed yet.

The staff was great. The landscaping around the hotel was beautiful & the beach was fabulous. Loved the beautiful blue water & the Michael Jackson show.

The food in the Coco Bar not so good. The lobby was always hot no air in there I'm guessing. Our room was the worst refrigerator not clean, floors not clean especially the bathroom. One day we had hot water had to take cold showers.

main buffet which was the only thing available wasn't that great, we were also told we did not need reservations for the other restaurants on the property but that wasn't true, Our hot water did not turn on until the next day and the tv did not work

The location is great and there are several options for food & entertainment, but overall, I will not return or recommend this hotel/resort.

From checking in, to buffet food quality & selection, to elevators, to the room lacking at best, there were several aspects of our stay that I did not enjoy.

Location - it's less than 0.3 miles to La Isla Mall, and you have access to shopping and 24 plus places to eat.

Housekeeping forgot to have our room ready, so no towels when we arrived, the mini-fridge wasn't stocked and was broken, no coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and no coffee cups. Complaints fell on deaf ears. Buffet bar food was bad. 10/10 will not recommend.

The door to our room wouldnt work! Spent half of the trip going and waiting in the lobby (4 separate times) while they fixed our door (4 separate times). Requested a new room and they didnt give me one. Otherwise it was great, just wish I got to enjoy it.

the adult pool was super! The beach was close and clean! The bar at both big pools was nice, but need to offer non-alcoholic drinks before 11am.

The all-inclusive food was terrible, didn't provide many options for any of the meals & even labeled chicken as salmon. Requested balcony when booking & wasn't given one when checking in then charged extra $90/day additional. No hotel transportation

I liked very little about this place. The location was ok and the beach was nice.

The staff is pretentious and NOT friendly. The food places are cold buffets. The rooms need updating and are NOT clean! The ¿manager¿ was absolutely NOT helpful with travelers concerns or issues. This is about a 2.5 Star place at best. Don¿t go there!

The only thing to like was that you were close to the beach

The hotel staff was rude. They refused to help with any problems. The water was yellow at times. The water wouldn't work late at night. The beds were broken. The hotel didn't care if you were not happy at all

The food was terrible, and compared to other all inclusive resorts I have stayed at the service was horrible.

The location!

Where do I start? 3 hour wait before my room was ready. None of the staff washes their hands while serving food or drinks. The sever at the bar in the lobby fixed my drink in a used cup that had lipstick on it. The staff entered into my room two times while me and my husband was inside and we did not give them the okay to come in. Inside one of the restaurant the staff member fixed burgers without gloves on. He touched the cheese and bread with his bare hands and he was sweating. The bathroom smelled like urine and was not clean at all. There was hair on the bed and nightstand The curtains in the shower and room had mold on them. This resort needs to be closed.
