DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nanuet

How the Staff take care of every single Guess they are kind, polite, Patient, the doubletree cookie are very delicious, my nice and large room, with two beds nice Bedclothes, a lot of towels, pillows the housekeeping I didn't taste the Breakfast but I saw a lot of people enjoy it I like the utilities such as lights, coffee machine, the TV ?

I didn't like some channels on the TV, they didn't put a few plates , Spoons, forks, table knives ?️ ,

The property outside was very pretty

The rooms felt like they needed a little TLC and so did the fitness center equipment

We met friends that live in the area for dinner. It was their recommendation. The room was very nice but when we woke up my husband then noticed blood on his top and bottom sheet that went through to the mattress pad. He called the front desk but when we were checking out we ran into the manager and told her. She stated she would go up immediately and would take care of us. When I contacted the hotel days later they were still investigating. She said the maid said she changed both beds and made us feel that my husband lied about the experience and he was bleeding. I have stayed many times in hotels as we travel from NY to Florida twice per year plus reunions that we attend I cannot think of one complaint I have ever made to Booking.com. I even waited to give this review thinking she would make good. I have to say it is a beautiful hotel so disappointed but when we visit our friends again we will not be staying there

Although the location was great, trying to go in the opposite direction due to the concrete barrier was somewhat time-consuming and inconvenient. Otherwise, the location fit our needs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous!

Nothing major at all, but two bars of soap would have been helpful due to two sinks (one in the bathroom and the other in the kitchen area). We didn't realize from the pictures and online information, unfortunately, that there was more than a mini-fridge and microwave; there was actually a cook-top, apartment-size fridge, cabinet and counter space, etc.!
