Pros +
- Shower looked brand new. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows.
- It was older but it was clean, beds were nice, people were wonderful. And for us it was a perfect location.
- The restaurant staff and food were very good.
Cons -
- I was never told that they were renovating the rooms when I made my reservations! No place to hang clothes, towels etc. The toilet didn't flush completely, the water for the shower was luke warm. I was picking up staples off the floor. Very dissatisfied!
- Dirty floor including toys and food wrappers under beds. Shower water trickled out and was lukewarm at best (@8pm). Breakfast was granola bars or bowls of cereal with a shared milk jug. Thin doors, loud music at night. NOT a resort!
- The online bait and switch with the room. The photos were of a suite, and that's what I believed I was paying for. The actual room was much smaller. Very disappointed.
