Candlestone Golf and Resort

Large accommodations. Located on golf course.

No ice machines.

I was never told that they were renovating the rooms when I made my reservations! No place to hang clothes, towels etc. The toilet didn't flush completely, the water for the shower was luke warm. I was picking up staples off the floor. Very dissatisfied!

Shower looked brand new. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows.

Dirty floor including toys and food wrappers under beds. Shower water trickled out and was lukewarm at best (@8pm). Breakfast was granola bars or bowls of cereal with a shared milk jug. Thin doors, loud music at night. NOT a resort!

It was older but it was clean, beds were nice, people were wonderful. And for us it was a perfect location.

The restaurant staff and food were very good.

The online bait and switch with the room. The photos were of a suite, and that's what I believed I was paying for. The actual room was much smaller. Very disappointed.

The lamps were not connected to the light switches and were falling apart. Beds were not comfortable. No outlets next to the night stand.

Worn out holes in entry carpet. Phone number did not match room number. Bed had broken down mattress. Remote for tv did not work correctly. No continental breakfast as advertised. Room was dated and dingy. Water pressure was good.

The mattresses were horrible. Neither one of us got any sleep. Every time one moved, we had to hear the terrible noise.

It’s so calm and quiet it’s relaxing I love it

The menus in the room for the restaurant are way out of date lol other than that tho it was great

Please use the term motel and not resort

We got the big room and it was huge. Very cleverly done. We had two bathrooms and a spa tub. I like the view of the golf course from the window. It was a very nice location and layout.

We had to go to the bar to get ice because the ice machine has been broken for over a year. The bed was soft but very obviously old because there was a big body size dent in one side and made the whole bed lumpy and uneven. The walls were thin and there wasn't much privacy. Breakfast should not be advertised as breakfast. It was oranges and granola bars. Absurd because there's a restaurant on site.

I liked the room and how big is was

I didnt like that our heat went out in the middle of the night but staff was quick to fix it and moved us rooms for no extra charge had one night free so that was extremely nice of them

HOSPITALITY for the WIN! Keri, Dawn, Nick, and Marshall were all extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our group's stay. Also, can't say enough about the Bar, Waitstaff and Kitchen crew either, they are on top of their game. Looking forward to some golf outings in the summer and bringing our group back again for our 2027 Winter Meet-up! Cheers - Steve

What breakfast?

no usable TV, poor water flow from the bathroom sink, very spartan furniture.

The loud music was troublesome at first when going to bed but then ended at a reasonable time

Dirty room, dirty sheets, no sound protection, loud parties in hallway outside room

The room size and updates are very good. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a shower.It was easy to take our dog out to walk.

The breakfast selection wasn't great. There was milk, juice, cereal and bagels as well as some kind of frozen pizza. Fresh fruit like apples or bananas and protein bars or cheese sticks would have been helpful.

We like that the management is working with us to accommodate our needs as we're in between homes and staying here for the time being. Nick is an absolute gem. He is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure we're pleased with our stay while here

We haven't seemed to find anything so far that we dont like. Everything is wonderful here. Except the beds are a little to firm for my liking. Having an extremely bad back and recent back surgeries the beds can seem very uncomfortable. But that my own opinion and only due to my severly terrible back. But with what life has given us can't complain.
