Marari Beach Resort – CGH Earth

All the nature options like owl watching, the butterfly garden, the beach. The cottages were amazing! The food was incredible! The pool was awesome, as well.

There was nothing to dislike.

Some of the bathroom fittings are a bit dates.The quality of food at the grill needs improvement.

The staff were so nice, they accommodated us arriving a day early. Food in restaurant was delicious. Also a cute library to borrow a book from.

Some of the extra activities ie village tuk tuk tour were on the expensive side for what you get.

Marari Beach Resort is a truly magical place. Everything is perfect. Every need is catered for. The bungalows are delightful. The pool and the beach are perfect. If you have the chance to eat at the fish restaurant the food was so delicious. The bar is brilliant. I also went in the Owl Parliament with Vashnu. His service was perfect. His knowledge of the owls and the wildlife at the resort is second to none. He was friendly and professional and has a great sense of humour. We saw creatures that, without his knowledge, we would have just walked past and never enjoyed. He shared information that I now have and he has educated me in the subject of wildlife. I have fantastic photographs to treasure. I particularly thank Vashnu. All the staff were brilliant at taking care of me. I thank you all for your kindness. You truly have a very special corner of India. ?? Namaste ??

That I cannot live there …….forever ?

The greenery, rooms, traditional stays, facilities, staff and the huge area of the property to explore.

The facilities on site and the rooms were very well maintained and we enjoyed our stay with family.The concept of clean, green and sustainable design of the villas and buildings is very wellappreciated, and we highly regard the closeness tonature. Enjoyed the beach as well.excellent job by the always welcoming and cheering staff.

Nothing much. There can be more beach activities and opportunities for boating and other activities.

Should improve Swimming pool cleanliness

We stayed in a pool villa which was incredible - very peaceful, convenient and romantic. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, with lots of activities - I highly recommend the Owls Parliament. The resort is right on the beach so you can just walk into the sea as you please. The main communal pool (25m) was also lovely and well located. The food was decent, although overpriced for the fresh fish caught that day as you can wander down the beach to the fish shacks and get the same fish for a fraction of the price.

The staff were almost too attentive, as though there were too many of them with too little to do. They were constantly hovering near the tables, during both breakfast and dinner, always ready to clear every single plate after one use. It was slightly overkill and detracted from the serenity of the environment/experience. There was also an issue with our reservation on arrival. I would double-check directly with the hotel that they have received your Booking.com reservation as we were not in the system at all upon arriving at the hotel. They were able to sort it out however, so everything was fine in the end. It would be nice if there was a gym onsite.

Fantastic set up with easy connect to the beach very kid friendly. The ayurveda Centre is amazing Dr Shwetha with her team members Neha Kirti where very helpful with the wellness program Food equally amazing

It was an amazing experience! If somebody needs to really unwind and have an escape from busy life this is the best place to be! Awesome staff and friendly atmosphere. Lots of interesting activities to spend the day! Amazing food and cleanliness! Highly recommend!

We had great trip at Marari Beach, the staff were all very helpful. The resort was great for a family trip. All restaurants served tasty food and we really enjoyed the after tea, coffee and cake. We would definitely recommend this resort!

As well travelled tourists, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Rooms are fantastic, the service is great, and the overall ambiance pulls you in. We availed ourselves of the Beach Seafood Restaurant, (The Ocean Grill) and it did not disappoint. There is only a limited amount of seats so you have to reserve and we recommend getting there when it opens. We had King Prawns which were grilled with a garlic and lemon sauce. The casual restaurant (the Beach Grill) served great salads and causal fare. Also a fantastic place to get a beer after a long day at the beach. The beach was well kept and one could go on for miles if you wished. There are also many activities you can participate in from a Earth (Nature) Lab which specialized in the learning of owls to a book keep for those who want to catch up on there reading. Just a great place to unwind, and relax.

Better selection of wines, Indian wines are not the best

A wonderful stay. We returned for 3 nights this year after staying last year and enjoying it so much. The welcome was heartwarming, and the service was excellent.

Meals were all delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t find our card room key at the end of the stay and we were charged £3 for it, we thought they should have wavered this considering the amount of money we spent there.

This was a return visit to Marari Beach & was just as good as the first,exceptional location with first class service at every level,this resort is a real gem.Thank-you once again Marari for the most fabulous stay ?

The resort was fabulous… right on the beach.Very peaceful. The pool was absolutely fantastic. The best pool I’ve ever been in. Very big, beautifully clean despite no chemicals. It was like a spa pool.The restaurants and bars were lovely. The staff were all extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us..The room was lovely, but we were not fans of the outside bathroom. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Amazing wildlife to see and wonderful staff. Food good and rooms very clean. The pool is the best hotel pool I've experienced.

Drinks quite expensive.

The location was amazing with a beautiful, long, clean, sandy beach. The pool is a very good size with enough sun loungers and shade. Food is a very high standard with everything tasting amazing. The staff are the best, excellent service, helpful and efficient.

The only thing I wasn't too keen about was the open/outdoor toilet with the worry of mosquitoes biting you when you visit the loo in the middle of the night.
