- The Location was perfect, great location for everything to visit and great security, and great customer service
- Location and cleanliness were amazing. The wifi worked well. The restaurant and terrace had a wonderful view with good food and great service. The lobby staff were helpful in providing tour information and packages.

Cons -
- The BED - it was very hard - not comfortable, Torn curtain, No Hot water - It was Luke warm
- Rooms are not well noise insulated. The hotel design makes for great echos. From your own room, you can hear the general sounds of near by guests.
- This hotel used to be top notch, now, I feel like its runned down some. The shower for example was horrifying, BARELY any hot water. We had to wash our hair with a cup, because it was just too cold from the shower head! The whole hotes did NOT sparkled!

Got to the room, the TV wouldn¿t work and had to call a couple times to try and get them to come fix it. Then after a long trip wanted to get a shower but there was no hot water the first day. Hotel was empty but wouldn¿t upgrade my room.
Hotel was empty but wouldn¿t upgrade my room. I stayed there two weeks earlier and had great service but this time, not so much. Don¿t think I will pick this hotel again.
