Silly but the coffee bar area needs a light

Overall, the staff was nice and the room was good

Yes, the hotel was not full yet we had loud neighbors who had a party that started at 11:30 pm and lasted to 2 AM. Staff did not check the hallways or do anything about the noise. It was the worst experience ever.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Clean and comfortable rooms!

The deadbolt was broken on my room door and a handyman was sent to fix it and it locked but it was still difficult to lock properly.

Convenient, safe, clean and a staff that goes above and beyond.

Nothing the staff can remedy. The only thing I find unsatisfactory it the height of the shower heads and the ultra fine spray that is ineffective for short people.

wonderful experience, staff was incredibly helpful especially Sierra, and rooms were large well furnished and immaculate. Free airport shuttle but book in my advance.Easy walking distance to fast food restaurant and grocery shopping.

Maid service did not occur during my stay, so no clean towels, garbage emptying or coffee refill. Overall experience did not live up to the Hilton name or price that was charged.

Very nice, clean, friendly staff and affordable.

It was a little difficult to find using google maps but worth it. Did not do breakfast but did grab a banana!

Location. Large clean comfortable room and accommodating staff. I was surprised there was a charge for breakfast but it was not unduly priced at $11 per person for a made to order meal.

There was nothing to dislike about this facility.

The staff was excellent and quickly resolved an issue with my reservation/payment.

The third floor corridor smelled like marijuana on Saturday evening when we returned to the hotel from being out. I would recommend staff walk the corridors periodically throughout the evening as they are able.

The desk clerk made us feel welcome the minute we walked in. And our room was awesome. And we felt safe, with covid precautions and parking lot being lit well. The hotel definately helped us have a great trip.

Fan in bathroom not working, not quite sure if there was a fan? Very humid when getting out of shower. I will request one next stay.

Cleanliness was on point. I also appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Came in handy!!

No free breakfast. The room was not cheap. For what I paid, breakfast should have been included.

The room was a decent size. It was quiet on the floor and I didn’t hear feet trampling above us. The pillows and bed were very comfy.

The only thing I didn’t like was my sink was clogging so the water went down slowly (I did let the attendant at the front desk know) and the air conditioner was loud while I watched tv (has to turn it up).

The location is great and conveniently located near a shopping center, food, gas station, etc...The staff was friendly minus 1 person . hotel employee was very friendly, helpful and provided  excellent customer serviceThank you

The only thing that I didn't like was the rude front desk  associate. On multiple occasions she went out of her way to be rude! I could've returned the same energy but I didn't.

I give this hotel a five star review. The owner and staff went out of their way to accommodate my every need. The breakfast is an exceptional value too. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel in the Williamsburg area!

Very clean rooms, very nice staff. You get what you pay for.

It was a bit far from Va Beach, but close enough for day trips to that destination. It would be nice if it were closer, but you can't have everything. I'd rather have a clean hotel further away from events than a bad hotel close...

I had no hot water for me to shower, they either need to replace their hot water system or add to it. I cannot believe the Hilton Gardens didn't have hot water for guests to shower. And the staff was unable to compensate me in any manner.
