Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn

Loved the grounds. Everyone was very nice. Great breakfast everyday. Nice pool.

Five or 6 company trucks blocking all 200 building parking. They then noticed and adjusted for the guest Smell of room

The convenience and location. Good hearty Breakfast starting at 6:00am. That allowed us to commence our Vacation activities on time. That included Water Skiing at Bass Lake early. The Hotel has been Master Planned very well.

My wife said the pillows seemed like they hadn?t been changed or maybe washed

The staff was absolutely amazing. the bus boy was so kind. He made our mornings so pleasant. He was the best part of our day.

The beds weren?t to comfortable. But that?s my only complaint.

We booked a family suite and the room didn?t meet our expectations. It was dark, dusty, the toiletries were not refilled. Totally unsatisfactory experience with this room.

Although old-school, the location is convenient for Yosemite NP. Hotel grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. On site restaurant served excellent food and drink including a full, complimentary breakfast. So clean!

The mattress is our room could have used an upgrade.

Staff

Very expensive based on the location. I have a knee problem and it was difficult to climb stairs with luggage on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator.

Rooms are large. Grounds are lush with trees and plants. Friendly for all ages. Superb service-they delivered a chair to support a senior when standing from the toilet in less than five minutes.

This is our third stay. We hope to stay again next year. We continue to recommend it to others traveling to Yosemite.

The hotel's buildings are nestled in the trees with garden space to enjoy. Our room had a balcony that we could enjoy. Though it was not a newer property all the fittings were top quality.
