Best Western Plus Bayside Inn

Check in was easy! Room was perfect for our short stay! Crib was delivered and was broken but they got us a new one. Coffee is right across the street. Location is great!

The parking was tight.

There were no big issues, it was a mostly quiet stay.

The people staying on the floor above us made some noise early both mornings, and we were pretty disappointed with the breakfast offered.

Room has no noise insulation. There is a big contruction site outside the windows that start working at 7 am in Suterday. The breakfast is poor - you get a frozen sandwich to heat in the microwave. The shower was problematic in terms of temparure control

Great hotel in a great location at a good price.

Maid service was supposed to be every 3 days. We stayed 4 and the room was not cleaned.

Location and service was great. Staff were attentive and made it easy to check-in and get breakfast.

Like all downtown hotels, the parking should be cheaper.

Amazing location, walkable to almost everything ! Parking is $22 a night but it makes it well worth it when you don¿t have to constantly drive and pay to park

The tvs in the place are very old and dated , our remote worked half the time and last day we couldn¿t get picture on the screen

There is no area for breakfast, it's "Grab and Go", just an apple and a yogurt with small muffins and choice of frozen sandwich, very unhealthy, this part was disappointing.

Location is great in most all ways. Close to bus stop, bay, little Italy. Partial views. Half mile walk to all the mentioned places. Nice pool and hot tub. Good room. As expected for rating. Decent price.

Not much common space. Breakfast is offered but minimal in comparison to similar places. Happy with how they managed it however given the limited space they have.

Location was quiet. Surprisingly, the construction did not go on through the weekend. I had city view/construction. There is a Starbucks across the street which I never did use. Decided I wanted to try local coffee shops and restaurants.

I was on 8the floor. Furniture looks worn down. Originally when I checked in the construction was still going on, but it had subsided by 6pm. I requested to change rooms but for an additional $20 more a night. I declined.

The hotel room and pool was enjoyable.

The staff is a mess. Stayed a couple of days and room service did not clean or replenish.

Great location¿1 block from Little Italy and close to Harbor. Very clean, very friendly front desk.

Grab and Go breakfast was borderline. TV in room didn¿t work well. Would still recommend the hotel. A very good stay.

The front desk agent was somewhat helpful when we needed her.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pull out sofa was actually just a single chair that converted but has absolutely no cushion, the room was hot and couldn¿t be adjusted, and there was no coffee. The best part of our stay was the balcony and city view.

Customer Service and the Room View ( Room 903 ). I have paid more for a room on a Harbor Drive Location .... but i did like this much better

Your website said that they had an airport shuttle ,, and breakfast They did not offer an airport shuttle,,and the grab and go breakfast was disappointing and I have not seen that at a Plus hotel since Covid

The location was excellent. The room was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The staff was exceptional.

Location; easy walking distance to many places.

Major construction across the street before sunrise and a few hours after dark.

The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to the harbor and on the edge of Little Italy! Easy walking to so much.

No fan in the shower and smelled a little musty when we first arrived.

This is an excellent location with many good restaurants. It is near the waterfront and convenient to the attractions there.

The restaurant is closed and the breakfast provided (grab and go) isn't particularly appealing.
