Great location, clean, very friendly staff

Very good location, close walking distance all over downtown. Room was clean and comfy, and the pillows were great! Fast elevators too and friendly staff.

Parking expenses were a little on the high-end.

Overall a great stay. The location was ideal, we walked to little Italy, Seaport Village and Gaslamp. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The parking garage was convenient but overpriced and the lack of breakfast was a big drawback considering the daily rate of the room.

Location was excellent for everything that we wanted to do and fantastic restaurants. Pillows were comfortable. Really hot water, immediately. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were put on the 3rd floor with a view of a parking lot only. We only opened the door once and had to immediately close it because of the marijuana smell. It’s a non-smoking property, so this was disappointing! We had a baby on our floor that cried quite often, for long periods of time. Saturday at 3:00AM we were awoken by ladies talking very loudly in our hallway.

Our room was good, clean and comfortable with no noise from the street outside. It was located close to many restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the Gaslamp district with its entertainment options. The San Diego trolley system (which gives access to many suburbs and to Tijuana) has stops nearby.Breakfast is available at Piedra Santa, the steak house adjoining the hotel.

Location is great. Parking was convenient.

Very noisy. Could hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms, the hallway, the sidewalk outside. Bed was not the most comfortable.

The room was confortable and quite large. We appreciated the large shower in the room. Convenient parking lot with easy access. The hotel is a 15-min walk from the waterfront (the Maritime Museum is the nearest) and close by Little Italy with great restaurants.

The personal at the hotel was not very friendly nor welcoming. What we really did not appreciate was that we had to leave our luggage in the storage room at check-in as we arrived a bit early; the room was supposed to be closed and secure. However when we came back, there was nobody at the front desk and the storage room was wide open with our luggage. Anybody could have come in and took them - especially when another morning, a homeless person walked in the hotel lobby and still no one at the front desk... The breakfast is a grab and go option only. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken. finally, the room was supposed to come with a balcony however not only was it a very small balcony but we could not access it since we were on the 9th floor. All in all, we expected better especially for that price.

Room was spacious and comfortable and good location. Walking distance to San Diego waterfront and Little Italy so lots of restaurant choices.The grab and go breakfast was a bonus, had expected to only get coffee

Coffee machine in reception broke down on day 2 and wasn't fixed by the time we left on day 4. At least there was a coffee machine in the room $25 dollars,was deducted from my credit card on arrival on 18th May and as of 6th June this still hasn't been credited back

The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I wanted a place that was near the USS MIDWAY museum and this was in a 20 minute walking distance. The weather was pleasantly cool for such a walk in late April. There are many restaurants nearby and the food was excellent. My view from the eleventh floor was great as I could see the Star Of India ship in the bay.
