The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was huge. The hotel was conveniently located just across from the Marina and within short walking distance to State Street and the Stearns Wharf. Really appreciated the parking. Parking was free.

The front desk staff was unfriendly. The check in information was monotone and scripted. Never was it expressed that parking was restricted. My daughter parking in the parking lot was towed after 23 minutes and the recovery cost was over $600. Scam!!!

Privately owned. Employees who care. Great breakfast. Complementary happy hour wine. Superb location. Very cool vibe throughout.

Besides staff, I loved the happy hour and breakfast.

Not that I didn't like but I think a Little snack area or convenience store would be a huge plus.

The carpet was not completely dry from cleaning. The room was hot and humid when we first entered it.

The location was perfect for enjoying beautiful sunrises. It was also close to the beach, pier, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The eggs were some of the best hotel eggs we have had. We will definitely stay here again.

Street side room could be noisy for some guests. We could hear traffic but was not disturbed by it.

Great location. Friendly staff. Sparkling clean. Breakfast was great. I literally stayed down the block at a Hilton paying three times the price and it wasn’t any better than this location or stay.

The staff was very friendly. There’s happy hour during check in, free breakfast, and some vending machine snacks (although the snack options were very lacking). Location is great. Rooms were comfy and very clean. Room and parking felt safe, nice place to walk around.

The walls are very thin, the room next door had a crying baby and was up a lot making it hard to sleep. Would like a dead bolt on the bedroom door.

Staff, breakfast, pool and location were all excellent. It was quiet at night but walking distance to many attractions.

The bathrooms were obviously from an earlier era. Functional, plenty of hot water but dated.
