Review summary

The hotel offers a great location with convenient access to transit options and nearby amenities, making it ideal for guests looking to explore the area. While many reviews praise the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly, helpful staff, some guests express concerns regarding the size of the rooms and high parking fees. Overall, the hotel has potential, but guests may find better value elsewhere for the price.

The rooms were clean and well organized. The check in process was very easy and the front desk crew was very nice.

The first room we were assigned had a leak coming in the bathroom ceiling. When we returned to the desk to tell them they were able to quickly change us to a clean room with an upgrade. The area is not the most clean/safe. Many homeless/ addicts in the area but the overall block of the hotel is safe with security at the entrance. Easy to get an uber or walk to a bus stop/ get an ebike.

I like that the hotel was close to my son's apartment and stores and restaurants. The beds and pillows was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the construction going on early in the morning. Lots of pounding, voices and working closely to our room. The bench in our room was cumbersome. Coming out of the bathroom at night in the dark, stubbing my toes twice. I stood it on end so we had a better pathway to the bathroom.Other quests coming in late at night was inconsiderate and loud talking and slamming doors.

Room cleanliness, coffee maker

Guests shouting at 2AM for an hour and a half. Extremely loud demolition work in the center of the hotel starting at 8am on both days of my stay and my stay a month earlier

Great location, has been renovated since I stayed here in 2013. Good facilities - parking and pool, ice machine & coffee machine.

No fridge or air conditioning. I don’t think the fan would be cool enough in summer.

Room was spacious and clean. Area was quite. Ceiling fan was a plus.

Shower had zero to low pressure. Im hoping that was just an issue with this room specifically

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was decent, small outdated room, in a bad neighborhood if you have to walk to main Moscone Center. The room had a heater and fan above bed no AC. The price of the place during a major conference was NOT worth it.

Cleaning and room

They want an extra fee for parking, it’s very, extremely ridiculous, we can’t pay so much money and stay and park our car
