Noah's Mid City Motor Inn Muswellbrook

Location!

WiFi was limited

Was a quick easy check in and out.

Room was old, room had a cockroach in it. Room smelt like smoke due to smokers just outside the door all the time. Pool was dirty and cold. TV was small. Car spaces were to small.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable

While obviously on a main road it was quite noisy throughout the night. The carpet was also stained and ripped in one part.

Lovely stay at Noah's. The shower was lovely and hot and the Room Service from the Thai Restaurant was delish! I also left me phone charger, and the staff were great and located it no problems!

It was one of the nicest motels we’ve stayed in. Modern, clean, and packed well.

Beautiful new big room, great bed. Spotless.

The one window in unit 34 (apart from the bathroom window) looked out on an outdoor corridor. Blind had to be down for privacy, so no natural light.

Great service, clean room, great location.

Excellent location, driendly staff and beds were very comfortable.

Early check in requested and staff were very accommodating, room was very clean and comfortable, excellent locationHighly recommended.

Great location, comfy beds, room was super spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. We will be back for sure

Everything was just really easy and accessible. The bed was super comfy, which is a rare treat.Loved the Nextdoor Thai restaurant too.

The fridge didn’t keep things very cool and was a little noisy.

Lovely, clean room with everything we needed for the night. Very comfortable beds and shower had a hand held option which was much easier when bathing small kids. We would definitely stay again ?

Staff contacted me to confirm check in time as a solo traveller I appreciate them expecting me and hopefully following up if I don't arrive

Great spacious family suite. Very nicely appointed.Would recommend and definitely stay again.

The carpet badly needed replacing. The manager did tell me that they were in process of updating rooms.

Beautiful room, massive tv, access to streaming services

Shower water wet major of bathroom floor

The location is convenient to the main part of town

The room is very small. Advertised as having ‘large flat screen tv’. It was a very small one. Recently renovated. The bathroom was re tiled fairly recently but the shower head was one of the old fashioned small heads and the water is very difficult to regulate. Hot one minute , cold the next. Time in the shower is spent trying to adjust the temperature. Not enjoyable at all.

Professional, friendly, and helpful receptionist.

Parking was full, we had to park away from the room. Partner on crutches. We were able to park at front of reception which we were very grateful!

The pool was lovely, the room spacious.

The bed was a little worn and uncomfortable.

Room was exactly what we were looking for. Most importantly I can not speak highly enough of Lovely Tracey. Tracey is such a welcoming, friendly & accommodating lady who went above & beyond for myself & my family. Thank you so much Tracey.

Carpet in the room was quite old & stained. It could probably do with a good clean or be replaced. Suggestion- might be a good idea to put a shade sail above the pool.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were super helpful and accommodating to our late check-in request.
