- The location. The uniqueness of the hotel is very impressive.
- Location and hotel interior gardens are amazing.
- The atrium decor, the room's mattress & pillow, and delicious food and drinks. Coolest hotel ever!
Cons -
- There was a $75 "early check-in" fee for anyone who wanted to check in before 1 p.m. even though the room was ready for check-in. The rooms are very dark and there is no closet space for clothes. There is an open closet to hang clothes.
- It’s not a five star hotel. Far from it.
- I noticed that the shower gets the plaster wall wet and water pools on the floor. This could be an unwelcomed repair at some point. In addition, the shower floor was very, very slippery and there were no grab bars; needs ventilation also.
