Great location

Very expensive parking at $55 a day, there was drilling and building work starting at 8 am in the morning, and the choice of breakfast was very sparse. no cooked breakfast available.

Absolutely everything. The staff was outstanding and made our stay extra special, as we were celebrating our recent engagement. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The rooftop was great to take a break and chill.

Would definitely improve breakfast variety. It was good yet it felt a bit short in options.

Loved the location and the ambience. So much greenery and natural vibe. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Appreciate the smooth check in process and roof top pool staff. And rooms were exceptionally spacious.

Nice interior with corridor garden and great rooftop Bar & Pool Area. Quiet for good sleep (at least in 5th floor). Quick and easy check-in and -out.

No in room coffee, elevators are not normal

The hotel (not rooms) itself is pretty inside. It's a good location.

I was expecting a 5 star hotel experience. Little details were missing - like I didn't consistently have coffee placed in my room. I had to request it and once I did that they put the coffee and left the dirty cups. I didn't like the room itself - it was extremely dark and not enough light for me to actually work. I felt it was overpriced for the averageness of the room. It was also missing a refrigerator and microwave (so those are the details that impact me so much that I wouldn't stay there again). I also was very unhappy with the whole check out experience. The first two days I parked my car there and if I recall correctly it was $46 or $50 a day (they literally park it across the street in a public parking lot. You can park your car yourself and it will end up being $20-30 a night). Anyways, I was billed parking everyday (for my entire stay) and then the front desk employee had to go confirm it with another employee which took forever....then he comes out and eventually still calculates the wrong amount of days and again had to go back and talk to the car person. It made the whole check out process ridiculous and long. I also didn't like that booking.com gave me a price and then what was actually pulled from my bank card was different and then when I checked out they added all those fees. Overall, it wasn't for me - wouldn't do for a work trip or even a recreational one.

Well designed rooms. Spacious rooms.

Shower had no water pressure. Bathtub kind of dangerous. Also, the valet return the car with a flat tire, which is ok since it might not have been his fault. However, I stood alone at the front door of the hotel trying to change the tire, with a pregnant wife and Absolutely nobody’s from the hotel offered a hand. To top it off there was no soap in the ground level bathrooms to wash my hands. A disastrous event.

A quiet, character hotel in the lovely Coconut Grove. Located close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Great rooftop pool and bar area with plenty of seating and loungers. Spacious King Studio room with very comfortable beds. Lush atrium garden.

Rooms were a bit dark and lighting could have been better. No iron in the room and the steamer provided wasn't very effective.
