The majority of the staff was kind and helpful

Small refrigerators, windows not cleaned well, no mattress toppers

The location. The uniqueness of the hotel is very impressive.

There was a $75 "early check-in" fee for anyone who wanted to check in before 1 p.m. even though the room was ready for check-in. The rooms are very dark and there is no closet space for clothes. There is an open closet to hang clothes.

The atrium decor, the room's mattress & pillow, and delicious food and drinks. Coolest hotel ever!

I noticed that the shower gets the plaster wall wet and water pools on the floor. This could be an unwelcomed repair at some point. In addition, the shower floor was very, very slippery and there were no grab bars; needs ventilation also.

The location was easy for ubers to and from the dowtown area.

There was a staff worker always in sight, talking loudly or with a cart that was even louder. There is also construction next door that started promptly at 7 am even on saturday morning. On top of all that there was events all weekend in the courtyard.

The gardens in the middle of the hotel are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful as well

There are really high fees and taxes that are charged after your initial room purchase. They said they were going to ?hold a fee? but kept most of it. Charged $250 extra for a 3 night stay. Parking is also $50 per day minimum and they only have valet

The Mayfair hotel is absolutely beautiful. The foliage throughout the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room, the kindness and professionalism of the staff were all top notch.

Housekeeping woke us up both morning by coming into our rooms when we let the front desk know upon arrival we wanted the 1-5pm slot for housekeeping.

The room/balcony is beautiful. The entire hotel is beautiful full of plants and ponds l.

Checking in. The young lady was too soft spoken I couldn't hear her well and she wouldn't make eye contact. That's very uncomfortable.

Location! Comfortable beds and bedding.

Noisy. Very dark rooms. Poor lighting.

The room was spacious and cozy

The room had a musty smell near the shower. Swing was broken

The welcome drinks were great. Sip sip is excellent for relaxation and cocktails. The upgrade was very thoughtful

I'm a little saddened I could no longer order breakfast to the room especially since the rooms are so inviting to eat.

Some of the staff were horrible, not able to get my own ice, balcony view of three walls, wrong room type

The hotel failed to mention hidden fees like the destination fee. When the reception took my credit card, I was informed if would be for the incidentals in the room only for them to charge an additional 30.00 for a prepaid rate.

The bed is very comfortable. Good variety at minibar. Kind staff.

No iron in room or available at all the steamer barely does anything. Parking is extremely inconvenient

Location and hotel interior gardens are amazing.

It’s not a five star hotel. Far from it.

Staff was excellent and the location has many shopping, dining and activities within walking distance.

The tropical decor and the open roof. Everything about the architecture, I forgot I was in Miami.
