Guests that have requests for specific accessibility needs must contact the property directly to check current availability for accessible units. Long Term Stays are subject to availability. They may be extended for additional seven (7) night periods with notice at least seven (7) days in advance. Payment is due in full in advance at the time of booking. Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be due and collected at check-out. Guests are required to permit access to the unit for the resort’s staff to perform weekly cleaning and maintenance inspections and upkeep. Guests may not cause damage to or move any furnishings provided by the resort for accommodations. Payment is required in advance for each seven (7) day period. Failure to remit timely payment will result in eviction. Any waiver of terms must be approved in writing by both parties. The failure to enforce or require performance of any provision will not operate as a waiver to enforce or exercise the same or other provision at any later date. In the event any action or proceeding is brought by any party to enforce the terms of the resort stay, or to recover possession of the unit or to enforce any rights, the prevailing party shall recover from the other party their reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
