great area, walkable but plenty traffic. Breakfast is great and varied.Staff is nice.

i was in the first floor close to the pool and radiator or machine was loud but not constant.One staff member in particular was rude over the phone. Did not provide accurate information on shuttle pick up and then after several calls claimed his shift was over and hung up on me, after informing that the hotel shuttle was not circling anymore. By this time it was 10pm and had to Uber to the hotel. i am thinking this person was having a bad day.

The location was convenient for my needs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

I got an odd scam call in the middle of the night, around 2:45 AM, pretending to be reception.

Our stay was amazing from the minute we entered the door, Alex at the front desk was super friendly and extremely professional, gave great advice about places to go for food and entertainment wise.Hotel and rooms very clean.There was always a bell cart available Rooms were very spacious.

Not that it was a big deal, but was looking forward to some well-deserved rest, but the beds/pillows were just a tad bit too soft for my liking, needless to say everything overall still met our expectations and I can still say we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Cockroaches in the room.We were checked into a room where we were immediately greeted by three cockroaches. The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk. No one seemed particularly surprised, but they did offer us a different room, which was fine. Still, the unpleasant impression remained. In my opinion, this is unacceptable.We were also shocked to see a hotel staff member cleaning the inside of the pool with chemicals while the children were swimming in it.
