Yes, when I checked in I was told that everything was prepaid; however they told me I had to pay $8 a night for the parking, so I had to give them a credit card.

Close to airport, hot breakfast choices

Staff smoking out front, loud party at the pool at midnight, one tiny elevator, some guy taking apart a pallet at the pool area, I don’t know if he worked there

Breakfast was good. Loved their Late check out at noon. By far the Best holiday inn I ever been to extremely clean and have all dove brand lotion, soaps, and shampoos.

The staff was rude! Waited 2 hours for airport shuttle. He passed me twice and their excuse was I had to call for pick up! SMH!

The room was awesome and you could see planes fly by but couldn't hear them.

We had to wait to be checked on which he said he'd come get us two hour from that point. 2 1/2 hrs I went up which he had to call to see if the room was ready. Think this is why we got a wonderful corner suite. The kurig didn't work

The location is really good, 30 minute drive to malls, beach and key Miami landmarks.

The breakfast was good.

The AC was broke in the room. If you didn't keep the room at 65 degrees, the heat would come on & the smell of MOLD would kill you! It was very old & the sofa & chairs were so dirty, I would never sit on them. I would never stay there again!

They give me a wheelchair accessible room, and I was not in a wheelchair. The room smelled sour. I have allergies. So the smell in the room bothered me a lot . I call the first desk , and they never answered the phone. We got to the room around 1:30 am .

Even though I called to verify the airport shuttle, they failed to mention it stops at 9:30pm. So we had to take an uber. Hotel was unkempt. Shower curtain and shower was dirty with hair and stains on them. Wall plugs and USB cords didn?t work.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good Breakfast. Excellent location.

The breakfast was very impressive with lots to choose from.

I felt like the carpets in the hallways and our room were not clean.

Check in clerk was rude. I booked 7 rooms and arrived at different times. He was rude to everyone. Hotel shuttle was very late. Most of us had to Uner

The rooms were very clean. It appeared that they had been recently renovated. We were very pleased.

No jacuzzi.

Shuttle was not working and so we had spend on Uber for airport to hotel.

Clean room, I had major surgery and housekeeping let us stay an extra 30 mins. I requested an hour or 2 because I was in pain and had no where to go until 2pm but the head supervisor for hospitality said no. But other than that, room was clean.

NOISY No wheelchairs At 10p 11/28 I told front desk there was no heat, the smoke alarm went off, he HUNG UP on me! He said well we were done and I said no you hung up while I was talking & he said well I had ppl down here in front of me. Not professional!

the Front desk clerk was great. We arrived very early for check-in she held our bags, allowed us to have breakfast and allowed us to check-in 3 hours early

I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Location

I have been to many hotels in my life and i have never seen staff close the breakfast area like this . At 9:30 on the dot the the 2 ladies came and closed the doors so abruptly and fast it felt as they were wardens at prison. All other hotels close slowly

Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Parking was supposed to be free but they are charging 5.00 to park once you get there. Night employees not helpful at all. Also wanted me to sign a 25.00 fee for whatever reason and also tried to tell me I just needed to sign a document without reading It

It was not to far from the Miami airport.

The room was outdated and had a moldy smell. Tried to turn the heat on but it could only go to 65, which is AC. Called front desk and was told could not use otherwise a smokey smell would set fire alarm off. Half shower curtain in bathroom.

The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable.

We had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle and this was after calling a couple of times. Most of the breakfast items were cold, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy was Luke warm. Not impressed with breakfast.
