The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a perfect location and friendly staff. The restaurant staff, in particular, were consistently helpful and accommodating. I had a coner room which was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this establishment.

Outdoor pool, nice clean rooms
There was construction on the street next to the hotel that required us to walk down some pretty dark streets to get to nightlife. Pretty creepy as the night went on.

Our room was beautiful! The hotel itself is impressive looking and has good facilities.The staff were next level amazing. Victor who checked us in was so lovely. And the concierge Susanne was next level - she is the Yoda of concierges. So knowledgeable and helpful and wonderful.

Location is great. It's mostly safe if you stay nearby the hotel or Harbor-don't walk one or two blocks east. The waiter at the hotel-restaurant was 10/10, exceptional service, great attitude sorry can't remember, great food, safe.
The bathroom towels were not clean and were somewhat rough. The furniture in the main lobby where you sit/wait for Ride-share is very low to the ground. As someone who specifically came down to SD for Back Surgery, this was challenging and uncomfortable.

Good location
No self parking really inconvenient, only valet parking feels like being rob, shower water pressure is very low and loud, bed is too soft, elevator is had to get on in check out time.
