Room are super old. Location is pretty bad. Surrounded by abandoned mall and homeless people. Rough part of downtown.

The rooms were great. Spacious, comfortable beds, very clean.

Lack of service at the bar (understaffed) and the pool was smaller than expected, filled up quickly.

Resort fee covered two drinks (coffee or alcoholic) and the gym was great and clean.

Hotel fees for things we could actually use! Drinks/coffe tea and a cruise if the bay.

The cost of parking $60 per day!

The room was comfortable, amenities were great, but the concierge was amazing and had excellent recommendations. We loved the activities included as part of the destination fee.

I loved the location and how close it was to everything nearby.

My room was dirty, there was food running rancid. There was a disgusting humid stench, the one that reaks of mold. The room phone had no connections. The bed was undone. It seemed like no one cleaned it up.

Shower was not working properly (made a lot of noise and water wasn?t coming out well), the shower door had a hole and water fell through that hole and floor was wet because of that.and the mini fridge wasn?t working (it was replaced upon request)

Location is great. It's mostly safe if you stay nearby the hotel or Harbor-don't walk one or two blocks east. The waiter at the hotel-restaurant was 10/10, exceptional service, great attitude sorry can't remember, great food, safe.

The bathroom towels were not clean and were somewhat rough. The furniture in the main lobby where you sit/wait for Ride-share is very low to the ground. As someone who specifically came down to SD for Back Surgery, this was challenging and uncomfortable.

Good location, friendly staff, but had illegitimate pet fees on my bill, it ruined my opinion of the place. Very unfortunate I have to really look closely at the bill and call them out.

Illegitimate pet fee charges on my credit card for my stay. I don't even own a pet. They said they would refund them but why would my credit card be charged for them in the first place? Untrustworthy.

Great location, staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing! The resort fee actually included a lot of amenities, including tickets for a harbor cruise, free drinks, and kayak rentals.

There were bugs (ants) in our room, bed (under and over the covers) and bathroom and room tables and countertops.

Yes, check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready for another hour. We weren¿t able to get our room until 6pm. I have never ever had that happen before.

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Great location. Comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant and bar onsite.

Valet parking very expensive. We did had a issue with on-going maintenance in the adjoining room. Staff offered to move us but we decided to stay in our room. The hotel instead waived our daily resort fee.

Great location¿quiet, but walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff was helpful. The front desk employees will give you bottled water for the asking. The outdoor games area was unique and fun. Enjoyed our stay!

I didn¿t appreciate the hidden ¿destination fee¿ of $25/day. The fee included almost nothing that my party desired. Also, we walked or used public transportation, but the parking fee of $50 a day was exorbitant.

Convenient location, clean rooms.

$50 per night for parking is highway robbery. I parked at the Foley Parking Complex (P1080) for $10 per night. The hotel should offer free parking for its guests!
