Made specific requests for house keeping, multiple times, on phone, in oerson at front desk that was not resolved and wasted personal leisure time waiting and having to purchase what was needed tgat was supposed to ne provided. Room had a bad smell.

Room was quite shabby and in need of refurbishment (paint very dinged, furniture extremely shabby, ceiling had holes). Unexpected resort fee that we were not informed about upon checkin.

I loved the hiking trails and the campus in general.

The lights in the bathroom were too dim. They need to be much brighter.

Everything. The grounds, the details, the pool, the hot tubs, the saunas... Loved it

I liked the scenery yet still close to town.

Hotel charged us hidden fees, claims to be a resort yet doesn?t have resort level standards. Had on site events that weren?t advertised that cut parking in half. No assigned parking so had to walk very far (I?m 8.5 months pregnant). And much more

Staff was friendly. Resort looked clean and nice.

The rooms were much smaller than expected for the high price. No warning was given that there is no elevators when having to carry our luggage upstairs.

Hotel was very clean. Bathroom was spotless. There is no cleaning service unless requested. Which they did not personally tell us at check in. It was written in a letter.

Can¿t reach room service, I called twice. Had to call front desk so they can relay the message. Requested for extra towels and coffee. Room service never came. Hotel is on top of a beautiful hill. But you have to drive past a cemetery to getup the hill

Beautiful setting in a beautiful countryside. Really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Food in the restaurant was very good!

No room cleaning due to Covid!

The staff, atmosphere and accomodations. Staff in the View.   restaurant and Lady at the front desk customer service was impeccable! I fell in love with this resort and can't wait to go back!

Not at all. It's expensive but you have so much to offer for the price!!! Treat yourself, you will not be disappointed¿¿

Beautiful location. Room faced the forest! Food was very tasty. Lovely outdoor eating areas.

Dorm style old rooms. Not enough staff working. No room service. Water turned off overnight for maintenance. Noisy above us. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone.

There was nothing I liked at this place.

This place was way overpriced for a “motel” there was no resort feel, I felt like I was pulling into an open apartment complex. Terrible place but their marketing and pics look good.

The room was nice and big

The halls were dirty, trash left and nobody ever came to clean up. I went to get ice and there was this disgusting slime on the ground in front of it. The pool area was meh. Just very run down

Service was great from valet to bar and check out. Loved it

Beautiful location and cleanliness. Thanksgiving buffet was outstanding.

Electricity was down the first night. No one informed us before check in. We spent 2 of 3 nights without heat and 1 without electricity. Only compensation we received was waived resort fe of $75.

Nice landscaping, wonderful spa.

Had to take a cold shower in my room because of hot water issues the hotel had. Unfortunate to visit such a nice resort and not be able to take a relaxing hot shower before bed after a day at the beach.

Great fitness center. Great onsite food options. Private hiking trails.

We received several bites from our one night stay only to find a giant spider under the bed in the morning

Safe, clean, great room and proximity to pool and spa.

Breakfast was excellent, able to park car outside room's private patio.

It is oriented more toward a conference center, less toward a cozy vacation stay. Distance from town.

The view from the restaurant and room is nice

The rooms were dated and dirty; Only option for a restaurant on site was buffet style and the food was awful. We paid a premium for this hotel and expected it to be more high end. Disappointed. Won't return.
