Pros +
- Proximity to where I needed to be.
- The staff was fabulous. We loved the cabana and pool, the tables where we could meet with family in the courtyard. The pet area, and the wonderful trees, flowers and foliage that are everywhere on the property. We will stay again.
- Nothing.
Cons -
- We were extremely disappointed. The water backed up in the shower, the front desk button on the phone doesn't work, the furnace wasn't working, the coffee machine wasn't working, the light to the back steps are out which is very dangerous.
- I changed rooms once, as the initial room was old w/ zero amenities (i.e. no drinking water in the room and the light switch did not work). The second room, had a pungent sewer smell coming from the bathroom, even though it was on the 6th flr.
- They need to empty trash cans & clean up around the property. We stayed for a week & the outside trash cans were never emptied, there were not bags for doggie cleanup in the pet area, & bottles & cups we saw around the property were never picked up.
