The ice machine in seven floor is doesn’t work.

The location is great, and the room is fine

The receptionist was very inefficient. Only one person was there around 11:10, and I waited abotu 10 minutes to check out.

The room was very very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the robe that was provided to the guest after a shower or bath and the nice amenities that were provided for the guest to use

I was not aware that I was charged $20.00 for parking at hotel, I didn't notice that charge until I returned home, which I live in Stockton, Ca, a little unhappy about the charge which I feel I should not be charge for parking

The hotel is normally great

On the third night, I had extremely loud neighbors. I phoned the front desk about 9 times between 10:30 - 1 AM.Every time, the front desk said they would do something about it, but they never did until finally at 1 AM they moved the people to a different room. I couldn't sleep and had an early morning the next day. The people next to me were obnoxiously loud (yelling and talking super loud) and ignored all the phone calls and door visits from the front desk and kept being loud. I asked for a refund for that night. But they could not do anything. I emailed the manager but she didn't get back to me yet. I've stayed at this hotel before and its normally fine. This was just a terrible stay.On the 4th night, I had loud neighbors again who woke up at 4:30 AM in the morning and started making loud phone calls. I phoned the front again and they phoned to ask them to be quiet and the new neighbors indeed turned their voices down. I returned home to Canada today and am exhausted. It was a terrible stay.
