- Clean
- There was a lot of parking always available.
- Proximity to where I needed to be.
Cons -
- Saftey issues- the pool was open but pitch black due to no lights around pool area or even in hot tub, hot tub was cold, no elevator and very LONG routes to get to other side of hotel with grandma in wheel chair and mother using walker.
- long hallway to our room, no elevator in the area of room. we need to come front desk to use elevator,
- We were extremely disappointed. The water backed up in the shower, the front desk button on the phone doesn't work, the furnace wasn't working, the coffee machine wasn't working, the light to the back steps are out which is very dangerous.

Proximity to where I needed to be.
I changed rooms once, as the initial room was old w/ zero amenities (i.e. no drinking water in the room and the light switch did not work). The second room, had a pungent sewer smell coming from the bathroom, even though it was on the 6th flr.
