Very expensive stay for a noisy room with thin walls. Additionally the receptionist explained the $100 deposit for the room for each day?? Also they tried charging me the resort fee that had already been paid in advance while booking. The Greek restaurant's breakfast with a small bread with childish sized jiffy PB& Jelly plus a cup of coffee and a glass of Orange juice for $15? Felt cheated by this nickel and diming 4 star hotel that costs $1000 a night? I expected much better. Disappointed and won't stay again..?
Made me feel being tested and except the explanations for my questions about some charges that didn't't make any sense. Weren't getting clear and logical answers made me lose trust towards this establishment.

Great location, super clean, great gym, staff friendly and helpful, great restaurants with delicious food, easy access to beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas with free cold bottled water every time you ask for it
Parking is expensive 40 per night but it’s a valet parking

Good customer service, clean, great location.
No gift shop. No TV remote in the room ( had to callfront desk to get one. Took about 30-45 minutes)

Great location, great beach access.
Pool is small, room service finishes at 11pm, minibar was not restock, property looked old. There was an incident few rooms away from ours and I was really surprised the hotel didnt call the police.

Excellent location, great restaurants on ground floor of hotel with great hours. Outdoor jacuzzi and sitting area was a bonus.
We had a family of four in a large suite, would have been great to have 4 beach chairs with price of room not two.

I liked the location.
Room had funny odor and ac was noisy. I think odor came through ac vents. It was like a mildew wet odor.

This hotel was amazing! It was everything I expected and more. The bathroom was huge, the bed was so plush and comfortable. The staff were amazing, except for this one guy who was kind of rude. I felt like a movie star when I stayed at this hotel.
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.
