- In room Internet service was very limited or non existent. We had to go to the lobby to connect and maintain a connection. Very inconvenient, staff apologized but no solutions were offered other than stay in the lobby.
- The hotel price and amenities included are absolutely misleading. The ad described "comfy chairs" and service at the beach and at checkout they charged a daily extra fee independent of whether I used it or not. ¿A shame!
- Much in the room was a little bit broken - toilet not totally affixed to the wall, edging falling off of shelves, in-room phone didn't work, coffee maker light didn't work so couldn't tell when it was on or off, not all plugs worked. Signage poor or confu
