The service

The toilet was disappointing. I had to flush multiple times to get to clean. The toilets are very much outdated and need replacements. Then the shower was an issue adjusting every time we showered. Sometimes it was extremely cold water.

The staff checking me were acting like scammers. They chargerd an additional Fee. They did not provide information on parking, pool hours or pool location, nor laundry. They were so concerned with that extra fee that they stopped checking other people.

I enjoyed the location, and that we had access to the Clevelander outside bar.

there were no staff at the front desk. Our room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, there was clumps of hair from previous stay.… The room smelled moldy and very humid. The AC would randomly go up to 80, which made the room even more humid.

We were not told this was a party hotel. There was a club attached that was very loud until two in the morning and also we?re allowed to believe there was a pool but our daughter who is 18 couldn?t go there because she was a 21.

Only good thing was the proximity to ocean drive and the beach

Smelled like pot everywhere in the hotel, there was always people smoking right outside the front door of the hotel also. The front desk staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Pictures do NOT look like actual rooms. We will not be staying here again

Conveniently located a block from beach & all restaurants & bars.

I booked 2 rooms, they weren¿t next to each other. I asked to have us on same floor they said we have to wait for them to finish cleaning rooms. We arrived to hotel at 4p , which is time we can check in & didnt get in til 6p & outlets in room didn¿t work

The location

They advertised it was a king size bed but it was an olympic queen and 10 inches smaller than a king. That is the largest bed they have at their hotel.

The location is excellent. If youre traveling adults only you also get free drink at The Clevelander and use of their pool. They also provide beach towels and chairs which we would have taken advantage of but it rained. Friendly helpful staff

The suite was right in the heart of the action, spacious, and surprisingly quiet at night.

Housekeeping came in once a day, but didn't really seem to want to clean. I would just have them empty the trash and give me water bottles, but they never replaced towels or gave me extra soaps & shampoos.

Location

The room had an odor and there was a slop/sinking in the shower which was slippery. I asked for another room and was told there was not another room available.

No hooks, no table/desk, no vanity, no fridge, no microwave. Had to find housekeeping to get more towels after requesting everyday.

the location prime right in the south beach area, love i could walk to all most popular places

the ice machine was brocken its to hot, and then i have to ask twice to get some ice delivered.

Location

The hotel was overbooked when we tried to checkin and the lobby experience was poor. The hotel claimed to be 4 star but in reality is only 1 star at best based on lobby decor and overall guest experience. Location on south beach was the only plus point.

This Hotel has unfair and dishonest pricing practices. Do not stay here they will over charge you when you arrive. The manager is very rude as well as the rest of the staff. I will never stay here agian nor will I recommend anyone else to stay here. WORST

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The ice machine would jam and they'd bring ice to the room. Cleaning staff gave out fresh towels without asking. The hotel is walking distance from everything.

The only thing missing from the rooms are microwaves and refrigerators. The room would get a 10 rating if they had them. Expect to be waken at 10am everyday. Bacon Bitch is literally attached to the hotel. Their music is very very loud. Good food though!

Staff was great! Polite and very helpful. Location was perfect, block to beach, great shops and restaurants easy walking distances. Quiet, comfortable beds, highly recommend!!

More hooks in bathroom for wet items

Only good this was the location, but there¿s other hotels in the same location as well

There was no hot water and smelled like mold in the room. Need major updating. The toilet wouldn¿t flush once you have to flush it 3 times for it to work.

Good Location, Pre-Cruise. There was a little late-night noise due to one or two unruly guests coming in late in the night. It was within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants. The front counter staff was nice at check-in and upon checking out.

No, our stay was only one night and no complaints, only the one instance of a loud individual coming in late.

Room I had was small. Two Beds, night stand and a TV. No Fridge, no microwave, teeny tiny bath. No storage, no counters, no bureau.

The $--- claim for cost of room exceeded $--- with add ons. I wouldn't have paid over $--- for this room and I wouldn't go back knowing the room size and of course the cost.
