Pros +
- I enjoyed the location, and that we had access to the Clevelander outside bar.
- Only good thing was the proximity to ocean drive and the beach
- Conveniently located a block from beach & all restaurants & bars.
Cons -
- The staff checking me were acting like scammers. They chargerd an additional Fee. They did not provide information on parking, pool hours or pool location, nor laundry. They were so concerned with that extra fee that they stopped checking other people.
- there were no staff at the front desk. Our room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, there was clumps of hair from previous stay.… The room smelled moldy and very humid. The AC would randomly go up to 80, which made the room even more humid.
- Smelled like pot everywhere in the hotel, there was always people smoking right outside the front door of the hotel also. The front desk staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Pictures do NOT look like actual rooms. We will not be staying here again

Conveniently located a block from beach & all restaurants & bars.
I booked 2 rooms, they weren¿t next to each other. I asked to have us on same floor they said we have to wait for them to finish cleaning rooms. We arrived to hotel at 4p , which is time we can check in & didnt get in til 6p & outlets in room didn¿t work
