- My shower only had extremely hot water. I could not get cold to mix. The valve turned in circles with no stop. The engineer came up and said it was fine. It wasn't. It was dangerous. I had to bath in the bath tub.

Great staff, great atmosphere.
T.v had a strange malfunction that was not fixed although asked, phone didnt work.
