The location is very close to Universal Studio Orlando which is aorund 8 mins driving and the price is very competitve. The room is clean.
It doesn't offer disposable toiletries but it isn't a big deal, totally acceptable.

Location is excellent, free parking.
Super outdated, nothing like the pictures you see on booking. Main problem is that it’s extremely loud. You can hear your neighbors, people in the hallway, the ac unit is super loud so is the fan in the bathroom and the ice machine that is in the hallway, so sleep can get tough.

The location is excellent; very close to Universal property and transportation! The staff is awesome and extremely courteous and helpful! Room was very clean and maintained.
The beds could be larger and the shower heads replaced.

The location is great
The room was so dusty, the vents were full of dust, the beds and the sides. Honestly started struggling to breath as I was waking up with a nose full of dust every morning

Great price and location. Close to Universal Citywalk. Lots of free parking. The room was decent size. Staff was friendly. It has free shuttle to Universal.
The floor in the room was dirty. Had not been swept or mopped in a while. There was so much dust. Luckily, I bring my own cleaning supplies just in case. Shampoo was empty. Also, bring my own. The shower handle was broken, but I was able to take a shower. Toilet was tricky to flush. The hotel restaurant is not open for lunch, only breakfast and dinner.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was hospitable. It was in a great location and the room was a great for the value. There was meal options in both the on-ground restaurant and the lobby cafe.
Not the most contemporary or new hotel but honestly a great choice.
