- All the staff were friendly from the check-in desk to the bar to the cleaning staff
- The heated pool was great and the beds were very comfy. the front desk was very helpful and was very pleasant.

- That the deli or the restaurant wasn’t open during the day. I realize they probably don’t get a lot of business during the day, but not everybody spends every day at the parks.
- Bathroom shower could use a stronger flow and the ac unit was a bit noisy.
- Terrible stay. Old, uncomfortable pillows and a dirty room on arrival. I woke up with red spots and was told by a hospital they were insect bites from dirty bedding. No response from the hotel. Not recommended.
