Pacific Terrace Hotel

There was one bellboy who went above and beyond to help me and my disable sister get to the beach

I couldn't just walk out to ocean because the hotel is on a cliff had to walk a ways to find ramp to go down to the sand and ocean

All the extra free amenities they have, bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.

The location, the service, the cleanliness

Beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing. Great location, walking distance to everything.

Room was near a large AC condenser unit that was quite loud when it kicked on.

The location is amazing. It's within walking distance to everything you could possibly need and right on the boardwalk next to the ocean.

Nothing really can do with the hotel but I was in town during the covet and California shut down. Things were limited but understandable.

$--- for 1 night AND the receptionist insisted on charging an additional $28 for parking in the hotel's garage. I've stayed at MUCH nicer hotels for this amount of money and parking was included. Pacific Terrace Hotel is NOT worth it.

The Staff was Fantastic. Nice, polite, helpful, friendly. Nothing but the best!!!!!

This place is a hidden gem! The hotel is beautiful and charming! The staff was so kind and helpful. They seemed so happy! We loved the size of our room and the nighttime turn down service with the little chocolates placed on the bed. The hotel room was well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer and sugar and bottled water, robes, and large towels. The hotel had bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Such a treat! The hotel has a view of the ocean and beach from the hotel rooms, the pool, our patio and the cafe. It was so relaxing to sit outside. We had a delicious breakfast every morning from the cafe. There is a walking path between the hotel and the beach.

I can't think of anything I'd change!

We loved that the hotel is right on the boardwalk. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - a happy vibe! Our room was comfortable. Walking distance to some good eateries. Lovely pool area.

The lighting in our room could have been better. Breakfast was good but the dinner choices weren’t great.
