The seafood sellers in the beach scams people i know they are not hotel staff but they should be keep at bay and warn guests

One size Whala Resort they play into 11:00 at night I did like that area.I change room to a quiet area were the big swimming pool and restaurant is a lot more relax and peaceful

The excursion. I had the opportunity to eat better food on my one excursion.

The food: What is served for lunch is also served for dinner was not as depressing as eating unscaled fish. I eat seafood, no meat. Tuesday night, there was no protein choice for me. No variety of fruit choice in the tropical island?? Depressing:(

Only location - fir the rest the hotel is a disaster!no soap in the bathroom no shampoo-and I ask the maid why you didnt change new towel today ?-she say we dont have it !wow! Never heard before shocking -food they serve is cheap quality /

One of the worst hotels that I¿ve seen the one in Punta Cana I recommend the food was horrible. The staff was horrible so much little kids running around and in the pool it¿s more like a kids hotel the food choices are very limited

Please stay away from this hotel. It is horrible. There was one guy that fell and almost broke his back I wouldn¿t recommend it unless you don¿t mind being in misery then go to this hotel. If not, please don¿t go.

Too noisy. Looks like some people live there. Very noisy at night. Cannot sleep. Didn¿t like the way laundry was left to dry on rooms balconies.

I like the idea that this is all inclusive but they definitely can do better. Food were horrible. They need to keep the beach area clean. There was trash everywhere.

There was mosquitoes everywhere, they need to do something with the flies, the rooms was bad. Tub was so dirty, sink didn¿t work. Walls are not maintained¿ cracks everywhere. No iron in the room. The plug outlet are old school, my chargers would not stay.

Dogs at the beach, the food and drinks was bad we have to go have breakfast , lunch and dinner outside. It was that bad for 2 weeks

I did not like it at all, it was all a scam, do not book at this hotel, the things you see in photos do not exist or are deteriorated, the rooms are useless.

I like the beach, the restaurant, the staff also nice but they need to improve the service

The front desk service is really bad, its takes me two hours just to check in

The location is ocean front and very clesn grounds. The entertainment on the second night was very good

Room Was very nice and updated. Had to pay extra for safe. Hardly anyone spoke English: it was hard to communicate. Restaurants were never opened even though we made reservations in the mornings. But the buffet was very good.

Staff was not very friendly. We even had to say hello first. They did not wait on us in the buffet not even to refill drinks. The panhandlers were out of control. We couldn't even relax for 5 minutes without someone asking for a massage or to buy cilalis.

The beach itself was nice

Staff very unfriendly.CONSTANTLY bothered to buy stuff!!! Couldn't sit close to the beach because of it. Poor drinks. No hairdryer or refrig. Terrible shows. Our paddleboat sank in our way back from an island. Security is a JOKE! Natives harras you.

They were not ready for my check in even though I arrive at 4 pm an hour after the published 3pm check in time so we had to wait outside the room for 30 minutes until the room was readied

All inclusive really good food and drinks.

Service was subpar at times.

Great staff. Location is right on the beach. Good food and it felt very safe.
