- The Location and the staff is awesome
- Buffet.Swimming pool,by the beach they had were you lay down kind palm tree to Protect the guest that staying Whala Resort
- The stuff, they were willing to help at all time and always have a smile for you.
Cons -
- The seafood sellers in the beach scams people i know they are not hotel staff but they should be keep at bay and warn guests
- One size Whala Resort they play into 11:00 at night I did like that area.I change room to a quiet area were the big swimming pool and restaurant is a lot more relax and peaceful

One of the worst hotels that I¿ve seen the one in Punta Cana I recommend the food was horrible. The staff was horrible so much little kids running around and in the pool it¿s more like a kids hotel the food choices are very limited
Please stay away from this hotel. It is horrible. There was one guy that fell and almost broke his back I wouldn¿t recommend it unless you don¿t mind being in misery then go to this hotel. If not, please don¿t go.
