- parking is scarce; need more spaces
- I paid up front. Apparently paying up front requires them to take a deposit and then fully bill your card the entire cost of your room. I essentially paid double for my room and have to wait multiple days for the charge to drop off. Don’t pay ahead of time unless you want to pay double the first few days while waiting for them to release the hold on my money

I love the outdoor hot tub. It is so magical in the cold outside at night. The robe you provide, makes the walk outside the hot tub bearable! Beautiful hotel. Looking forward to our next stay. I love that the hot tub is open until midnight, although I wish it were 24 hours, like the indoor pool.
My daughter was being sassy.
