Pros +
- It is immersive its decor and atmosphere, very well decorated for the season, and the theme of its castle like feeling. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle to Disneyland is perfect!
- The room was perfect
- The hotel location is amazing, it’s close enough where if you needed to, you can walk to the parks and back. They have a shuttle which is the main reason why we stay here.
Cons -
- Hot water was hard to get.
- This is the second time we stay and in both stays, the room refrigerator was not working and the tub was dirty.
- This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. Facilities are very old and decor is 70's era. A/C in my room was not on a working thermostat and could not be adjusted. I would not consider this a 3.5 star hotel; more of a 2.5 star hotel due to aged faciites.

Staff was fantastic - very helpful and accommodating. On-going shuttle to Disneyland was also convenient and location is good. Room was very clean, which I appreciated.
