Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

Have always loved the Majestic Garden. The location is perfect. The free shuttle is so convenient. And the holiday decor each year is always so amazing and festive

Over the years, the rooms have really been getting ran down. I noticed in the room we were staying in had a newer bed, which was great. They're usually really hard mattresses. The bathrooms especially, are very outdated and need improvements. The shuttle is amazing, but the school buses are very old and could use some cleaning

Great location, amazing property,Loved the trails to walk my pet. Big spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Close and easy parking. Easy load in and load out.

Room was freezing!!!! It was October and it was very hard to sleep.

I like the location and free shuttle access even though there is parking fees that make up for it.

We love how close it is to the hotel with the shuttle!!!! Beds and pillows are great!!! The room itself is Soooooo big and roomy!!! Love the shower head. The extra mirrors to get ready. All the lamps. The hotel food options are amazing and DELICIOUS!!!!!

First time having this problem....on our last night, we called to request our Ada bus an hour ahead of time and was told there would not be another Ada bus available to pick us up at 12am. That it had stopped running an hour BEFORE the park closed. I asked multiple times to make sure i was understanding correctly sinceThis was not the information we had ever been given and after asking if how we would get back since I had a mobility scooter, she said I had to hurry and she would send a bus only at 11:15. Park closed at 11pm that night. We RUSHED to get to the spot for pick up only to be told by the driver that the information was not correct. After speaking to 2 front desk employees they made it seem like I misunderstood. And although our trip at Disneyland was amazing, we didn't get to get on our last ride and shop at main street like we normally do on our way out. Only issue!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle to the parks. The breakfast buffet was decent and reasonably priced. The lobby features an open area bar with a small play area for kids, making it easy to relax with a drink. All in all, a great place.

The outlets in the room were loose and could not securely hold plugs. The showers could use a bit of an upgrade as the water pressure was low.

Staff were very courteous and responsive
