Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel

Stayed with my daughters for a cheer competition. It was a great hotel, clean and close to everything. We had dinner there it was wonderful. Zero complains will book again

This hotel is beautiful and a real gem. The hotel is well appointed and the staff is so helpful and pleasant. It is always clean and well taken care of.

Too much noise. Bathroom was a little dated.

The location was great. The staff was amazing. They were so kind and so nice. They were also very helpful and understanding.

there was a leak in the room next-door which came into our room and our carpet was soaking wet. Although engineering was amazingly kind and a very apologetic the towels and flood fan they used to try to dry the carpet wasn’t that great. We were in a king suite. Also there is one window in the entire room and a wall blocks all the light so during the day you must have all lamps on in the living room part of this suite or it is pitch black. Room service closes at weird hours, and getting a room service menu was impossible because we asked for 13 different times and never got one.

Clean, comfortable room, nice lobby, helpful staff and great location downtown.

Need some better and less 3xpensive options for a quick coffee and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, decent room

Card key for the room didn't work most of the time and I had to go tonthe front desk on 6 occasions to get a new card key for the room.

Centrally located. Dog friendly with no extra charge. Comfortable clean room. Easy parking. Lot elevator goes to hotel lobby. Friendly staff. Nice room. Good shower.

Very noisy outside of hotel. Motorcycles racing and revving their engines from the evening through 3am! $18 to park. Took 3 calls to get extra towels.

Parking is expensive and if you went in too late, spots were difficult to find. The hotel could use an upgrade with the fixtures, chairs in the restaurant (the high chair was broken). It was strange to see the area so empty on the weekend.

The hotel is conveniently located just off I-91, and is dog friendly and people friendly. Our room was quiet and clean and spacious. The bathroom was just great, and the shower’s water pressure was terrific.

The ice maker on the 9th floor didn’t work, but the one on the 8th floor did.

Pay for parking in there own garage, also there was some sort of conference with kids so the place was packed, I wish they would send an email saying thereâ≢s something going on.
