Located in the Walt Disney World Resort, this hotel offers a water taxi service to Epcot, Disney's Boardwalk, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. The entertainment and dining of the Disney BoardWalk are 7 minutes' walk from the hotel. Guests are only 15 minutes' walk away from the Epcot theme park.

- Staff was excellent. Transportation to and from parks was great. There are several food option on site at the hotel. Pool and beach area were much bigger than I thought.
- Staff was wonderful...friendly & helpful. Location was great and near so much. Easy to get to any of the parks. Loved being able to see the firework shows at night. Showers had great pressure and beds were comfortable.

- Tried to charge me for the sofa bed that we selected when we bought the room
- Bathroom was tiny.
- Rooms were a little older and ours smelled slightly of mildew/mold.
