I loved the locations

I book for a tower view of the marina but got a view of the basketball court that was an updated motel inn room. Don’t called a tower when it is only 3 stories motel/inn it confused people booking and the picture was false too.

Location by airport, amazing front desk staff, allowed early check in, airport shuttle, delicious avocado hummus and pina coladas, multiple pools! View from lanai was lovely.

The room, while remodeled, was small, and the curtains were broken. If that was a king bed as promised, smallest king bed I’ve ever seen.

Issues at check-in. I made this reservation over a month ago, and specifically asked for a lower level room facing the marina. I was given a room on the 11th floor which I was extremely uncomfortable with my entire stay due to my fear of heights.

Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. There was human hair in the bathroom floor. The check in process was terrible. Check in lady was not polite nor helpful.

Front desk was amazing! I was unaware that they had two different locations and after a long day of flying I was dropped off at the wrong location but the front desk put us in a beautiful room with a lovely view.

Shuttle driver was hard to understand and dropped us off at the wrong location.

Refurbished rooms were excellent, waterfront access was gorgeous and easily walkable.

I saw several people struggle to navigate the signage, leading them to their rooms, parking can be a little bit of a hassle, but nothing crazy.

It is always a great choice if you're flying out of SAN because of its proximity to the airport. The Bayview tower has nice views and unless the Navy across the bay is particularly active it will be peaceful

Not really, the rooms were just in needs of some updates. The property in this tower (not the main tower) seemed a little aged, albeit clean and in good repair. Also, $50 per night for parking seems unreasonable.

The staff were all so friendly, front desk went.out of way to get me into a very nice room, when original one wasn't ready yet!

Eating options, my room smelled if cigarette smoke even though non smoking. I booked bay view in renovated tower but was given the marina view in the unrenovated tower. Very far from food options. The options they had there was expensive and not good

The location was great front desk was absolutely slow. They assume we were couple after booking 2 beds they placed us in a room with 1 bed and only offer $100 credit. You could write your name on those dirty glasses and mirror at the bay tower.

Checked in at 12am late was told our room was not ready. We booked the renovated queen with skyline view that has two beds at the marina tower BUT was sent to drive to their other location at the bay tower which was absolutely disgusting!!!!

The view, the location, The cleanliness, the elegance of the lobby. I Loved my stay!

I just wish the room had a microwave! That?s the only complaint, everything else was great!!

Everything i only stay at Sheraton very friendly staff good food and cleane place to stay.

Best hotel hands down. Great staff. Great views. Great atmosphere . Feels like a resort in a lot of ways

Parking could be a bit cheaper

The lobby and the pool area are very beautiful. The conference area was great too.

We were in the ?Lanai? section which was so far away from the main hotel and the conference area it was awful. But the worst thing that made me very angry was the fact that the ?Lanai? section of the hotel was a MOTEL! False advertising!!!!

Location was awesome.

Took 35 minutes for my pizza while dining in the brewery. People arrived after me and still got their food before I did. I think the server just was not on top of things.

Expected a room in the remodeled tower but come to find out the room you actually book is the bay tower that is not remodeled but you will be charged $50 EACH DAY for parking and resort fee of $29.30 EACH DAY!
