Fantastic hotel with excellent staff and great customer service. Beautiful views, a solid gym, a warm pool, and very reasonable prices. Demian at the reception deserves a special mention, super helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about guests. Early 9 am check in and late 4 pm check out were both accommodated without any extra charge, which really impressed us. Safe to say, this is officially our favorite hotel in San Diego from now on.
Parking cost, but I found private parking in the other side of the street. Hotel charges 50$ per night and the parking lot in front of the hotel charged $10 for 24 hours.

Location is in a beautiful setting, super clean, amazing facilities. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was cozy and the bathroom had a great shower. I loved the decor of the entire facility
The WIFI did not work and room phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone to contact the front desk and they did nothing to address the issue of the room phone problem. When i finally was able to contact the front desk from my cell phone i told them that the WIFI did not work. They did nothing to address the problem and told me that it was working just fine. Luckily I was able to use my cell phone to connect to the internet for work.

Parking and location were great for our needs. The beds were very cozy and comfortable. The gym was great.
For the price of the hotel, I expected the customer service to be better than my usual choice of hotels. I don't think that I would stay there again especially since another hotel offers breakfast, late night restaurant, and free parking for half the price.

The property is beautiful! Rooms were nice and clean, common areas of the hotel are nice, good food options! The brewery was our favorite - the bartenders were friendly and the pretzel and beer selections were great! Pizza was so so, especially for the price. The little store onsite is nice for a quick stop for snacks etc. Overall, it was a great 8 day stay! Everything is well maintained, all staff were nice, and does have a resort feel. It’s nice the pool provides towels too, one less thing to pack!
Paying $50 a night to park feels ridiculous… especially as a hotel guest. We stayed 8 days so that right there was already an extra $400… I can see if I want to use valet I would pay (which is extra) but it just felt really excessive. Also, we were here in April so maybe it stays open later in the summer - but the pool bar closes at 5pm, which seems early… and the wait was kind of long for a drink at the pool. Also, I don’t know if all rooms are connecting, but we had a connecting room and almost were always woken up by the people in the connecting room or outside.
