We stayed for 3 nights and the room had great views of the street. There's coffee or tea always available at the lobby, as well as water and apples or cookies. Staff are very nice and welcoming. We had a great time at the hotel.

Location, parking options, staff…all of that was perfect. For 3 days visit to SF, prrfect choice. Many things on walk distance. Beds and pillows very confi.
Rooms are really small, and loud from the outside (but you are on the Union sq).

Location is very convenient. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, authentic and safe. Food can be delivered in the lobby or in your room. Free hot drinks, fresh fruits and cookies in the lobby. There's a bar inside the hotel and a drink coupon you get when you check in. Room was great, clean and spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Room decor/design was lovely.
The staff is polite but clearly doesn't really care about you, they're all "very busy looking busy". They will avoid interacting with you if they can. I don't expect fake enthusiasm or special treatment but the basics of hospitality is to be... hospitable. It was not really pleasant to check in or check out, quite cold after long international flights. In the room: There were several other guests' hairs left behind in the bathroom. The fitted sheet were constantly coming off of the bed.

The location is great. Darryl was very helpful in explaining how the MuniMobile app works. We enjoyed the popcorn and cookies in the lobby.
The USB port on the charging station was very slow. Sometimes the coffee in the lobby was lukewarm.

Wonderful location. Free cookies and coffee/tea at the lobby is a nice touch. Room size is good enough, and furnished to be practical. It was very clean. Staff is very polite. Would definitely stay here again.
The only thing bothered me was the mattress. It was too soft, so more than a night could be problematic for me. But maybe they have rooms with firmer mattresses, I never asked.

Location was central and acessible to public transportation and cable car. Coffee, tea, hot and cold water available in the lobby 24/7. 24/7 front desk. In house small cocktail bar with great staff and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.
Refrigerator would have been better it it had a freezer unit. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, even though there was a communal one in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location is very central, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t experience any issues at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again in the future.
