Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

Walking distance to Disneyland. Pool was very nice. Room is super clean and quiet. This is our second time staying here whenever we visit Disneyland

Parking lot. Did not feel safe, even with cameras.

Staff is kind and extremely friendly. They accommodate as much as possible.

Front desk morning/daytime staff was friendly and helpful. The location to Disneyland is great! The rooms were spacious.

The nighttime desk staff wasn't as friendly as the morning/daytime staff. The beds were hard and not very comfortable.

Very conveniently located for a stay in Anaheim, close to Disneyland, Angels Stadium and Honda Center. Price wise also cheaper than other hotels in the same area. Were offered a free cocktail at check-in for 21+, which while not a necessity, it kind of a nice perk for adults who stay there. Overall clean and comfortable rooms, nothing fancy but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. Staff very friendly upon check-in.

A bit disappointing to show up and find out that the water would be shut off from 11am to 4pm (aka between check-out and check-in time). It didn't affect us much, but definitely look into this if planning a stay at Disneyland, because coming back for an afternoon break might not be ideal. Honestly I should have looked more into the newest reviews, so that's my fault for not seeing all the water/plumbing issues ahead of time, but I feel like this is maybe something that should be noted when booking this property. I have looked at the Best Western website and no where is this noted, and based on the reviews this has been going on for awhile. Also note that the rate they quote for parking doesn't include taxes and fees.

Great location, ample parking, comfortable and quiet room

It was under construction, but really it wasn’t bad

It’s definitely one of the less expensive hotels in the area and for the price, I feel it’s a pretty good value.

Could have been cleaner (the lobby floors were dirty and the room felt a little musty), definitely a far walk from Disneyland (roughly 0.7 miles, about 15 minutes), parking was expensive, second stay in two years and it has been under construction both times.

The parking has a big lot and reasonably priced. The hotel was quiet, dispite being under construction. Comfortable and reasonably priced.

I thought that breakfast was included but there was no breakfast due to construction going on. I did not know there would be construction either. But we still had a great stay anyway.
