pool . pizza was good

not walking distance as advertised , room and lobby are nice the rest of the hotel is a dump literally held together with tape halls are disgusting , you have to request housekeeping they may or may not show up

The rooms are very nice and the location is great so close to Disney.

The parking fee of $29 pretty night was ridiculous and greedy. That is an astounding nightly rate and I will not be staying here again because of it.

Broken glass in the hallway, room connected to my small group had multiple issues

The heated pool and the walk to Downtown Disney.

The garbage truck picks up the dumpsters at 4:45am! I was on the second floor in building 4 room 4208 and was woken up by the garbage truck slamming open the dumpster gate and loudly emptying the dumpster both mornings I slept there.

Very professional and hospitality was excellent.

One of the front personal, was very rude, unpleasant not professional at all, the other personal were all pleasant and professional.He was all bald,with only some small patch of hair on top of his head. Not a good person for front Lobby services.

Walking distance to Disneyland. Excellent buffet breakfast. Felt safe walking back at night from Disney.

That you have to have buffet each morning to get the special price.

Staff was incompetent, aircon didn't work in our room

The staff were super friendly and the room was a nice size. I was surprised how quiet the room was even though we had the hotel employee and Friends parking lot right behind us.

It would be nice to have access to the Mickey and Friends parking lot so that we could hop on the Disneyland tram.

Location to my destination

The room was out dated floor was not vacuumed and I stood 3 days. The paint was covering up mold. Black out curtains not available. Walking on the carpet and your socks instantly covered in black. Bed were not made. Always had to ask for towels.

Very clean, and throoms were nice

The room rate was deceptive. They also charge extra for parking ($30) which made the stay not competitive. Charging for parking at a hotel and not including that up front is dishonest.

We were a reasonable distance from the Disneyland entrance. The room was comfortable and had the mini-fridge and microwave we needed.

Our room looked out onto the Disneyland parking structure. The nightly fireworks were pretty loud, but we managed to sleep thru12:00 fireworks on New Year's Eve. The hotel recommended using the local ART bus, but we found it unreliable and unpredictable.

Great customer service, professional staff

Waste Collector in the earlier morning was very loud and annoying it disturbed my sleep, it woke me up too early to start my day.

The staff was friendly. Cose proximity to Disney parks and Downtown Disney. Very clean and liked that the shower and sink was stocked with Dove products.

The room was very clean, beds were nice, plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great! Fantastic service and the food was awesome.

Notting at all

Yes the employees lie to you they tell you one thing and then another it smells like gas in the hallway and when you have to check out early they first day yes we will refund and then change there minds because you paid in full !

Excessive fees. Resort fee AND amentities fee. Also daily parking fee Room was slightly dingy feeling.

Cleanliness

TV was older and had a dark screen setting, couldn't brighten or lighten it.

We walked to Disneyland each day. There is also a rental car location about 30 walking minutes away if you want to explore a bit more.

We had a surprise $25/day amenities fee. They gave us a $25 meal voucher for each day with this. The breakfast buffet was about that price but you can only use 1 voucher per room per meal and only on the date the voucher says. Also the pool wasn't open.

They are misleading when they advertise they have a breakfast. Every other Holiday Inn has a free breakfast. This hotel said they have a breakfast, with no indication that they will charge $22 per person until you get there.

Proximity to the parks/dtd.

Pool jacuzzi closed for repairs. Limited hours at the restaurant.
