The beds were comfortable. Location was good.
Check in needs some fine tuning! Slow elevator. Breakfast was not good. Would have been nice to have available coffee for us early birds.

We love the location and the breakfast is a good deal. Staff is friently and helpful.
I wish the hotel wouldn't charge for parking.

We had the two bedroom suite that worked out great for our party of 7. Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The room was clean.
No elevator access. The room could use a little updating especially when it comes to electronic plug-ins etc. The breakfast included was only for two adults per room. That wasn't clear upon booking.

Beds were comfy. Clean rooms.
The only thing was the $39.00 parking fee that was not shown or expressed that was an extra charge at check-in. It would have been the perfect stay. The trash pickup at 0600 in the morning was absolutely a reason to question our stay after a long day at Disneyland

Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.
Elevator out of order, the hallway in our building on second floor needs some attention., pretty run down looking (scrapes and marks on the walls) lacks decoration.

Walking distance to Disneyland is ideal for families, especially after a long day to be able to relax. Lots of parking available on-site.
The elevator was very slow. It was unusual to have the wash basin in the room not in the bathroom.

Hotel & hotel room & heated pool very clean. Beds super comfortable. And staff very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic reception staff. Very friendly and helpful upon check in. The rooms are very nice, definitely adequate for our short stay. Lots of families stay here and it is very family friendly. The value for money compared to other more expensive hotels was great. It's literally a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn and Suites Anaheim for looking after us
