Property was nice and we loved that they had a separate adults only pool so you can relax away from family and kids. Check in was smooth and staff was great. However my husband and I won’t be staying here again, we went to the restaurant and our service was horrible. I’m never the type to give a bad review but our service did not meet our expectations for a nice hotel like this. After lunch, our friends checked in and we went to the pool and then bar area for food and drinks, again the service was horrible. Waitress and staff (for food) was horrible and had attitudes.
The restaurant staff. Rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately a nice hotel should meet all standards. With the price, next time we will be staying somewhere else.

The staff and grounds were amazing. The room was ok. I liked the view and complimentary water (it's the little things). The PPE kit was really very cool and appreciated. the amenities (eg spa, golf) I didnt get to enjoy will bring me back
The room felt older/medieval castle like. The food options didnt accommodate food allergies. The price was steep & resort fee was unknown to me before I checked in. A leashed dog in the lobby went to attack us including children.
