The staff was great, rooms were clean, and drinks were good

The off shoot pools did not have enough umbrellas

The room was spacious The pool was nice Both our breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious Check in was extremely friendly and convenient

The movie selection was not working We went to Play bocce ball but some pieces were missing The towels could use an update they were worn. Check out, Not so friendly or great.

no little convenience store. the room smelled musty and old. small bathroom and the grouting and tiles were broken.

Food at the Tavern was decent.

We did not like the service at the main pool, no clean towels for 2-3 hours!

The weather

They lacked elevators and the noise was out of control. Dogs barking and noisy kids. Slamming doors and non responsive staff. Old moldy food in the fridge and black curly hair on the floors. Can not believe I spent ---- a night here.

Location

Charge extra for everything. No regular coffee in the room so had to pay for coffee in the lobby. Safe in room was broken.

Hotel grounds were well manicured, though it looked a bit rundown; like draperies on the pool cabanas were torn & pool gate door was rusted & broken off at the bottom.

NOT a 4-Star hotel! In room (412) the ceiling had dirty stains, table lamp shade had cracks/holes in it. Most disgusting-I wanted to take a bath, filled up the tub and felt a thick layer of built up scum - you'd think the tub'll be clean in a 4-star h

The lobby, bar, and seating outside were gorgeous

The room is very clean and located in prime location

There is no elevator, we had to take our luggage to 2nd floor and they forgot to change the AC filter and it looks very dirty.

Its staff at reception. Its upgrading our room. Its Wifi connection. Its swimming pools and gym are great.

The room was huge and beautiful

The bar had great happy hour but the food was not good. Horrible grilled cheese. Horrible mushrooms. Wings were really good.

Smaller/Boutique Hotel; natural elements, herb garden, fruit trees with modern dcor within hotel, rooms, restaurant.

The quiet pool in the back of the property was not quiet-had children playing, which I love children, but the main pool is for kids; there was not enough shade/umbrellas for all lounge chairs.

Everything. The staff was so nice. They have citrus trees and they let you pick much as you want. The pool bar staff is wonderful.

The pool could be a lot colder.

My room was huge, clean and decorated nicely. I was a little apprehensive after reading other reviews but I saw nothing that was mentioned and I am very picky. We loved that we were told that we could swim all night in the quiet pool area.

I wanted to check in early so I took a chance and drove by at 11. I said that I only needed a spot for my luggage and I was informed for $25.00 I could. They could have offered to hold my luggage or just givenme the key for the room that was obviously.

movie night by the pool was a total hit for the kids. The pool bar was open, live music in the background. It was a really nice night!

The carpets felt dirty. I kept my sandals on inside.

The location was the best thing about this hotel

The rooms are completed outdated . They don't even clean them , just make free beds . Payed for resort fee and there is no even one person to give you a towel or open an umbrella People at the front desk are the most unfriendly people.

This is a smaller hotel that seems much larger due to the really interesting layout of the grounds, which features beautiful planting and a number of intimate spots to enjoy the ambiance. The hotel is a little in need of modernizing, but not much.

The room is sparcely furnished, and everything dated. The cafe served gourmet food, but was short on chef's crew, and the wait time turned us away.

I love their antique style resort. Friendly staffs and servers in restaurant.

$30/day for entering pools which was charged additionally.
