The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have anywhere to go for Christmas and decided to visit Chicago. On Christmas morning I woke up to a Christmas stocking hanging on my door, it made my day.

We have stayed there in the past and knew we wanted to book our annual holiday stay in Chicago at this hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We decided to have dinner and drinks at 676 to watch a Bears game and it was a perfect choice. We had a seat at the bar and our bartender was amazing. The prices are high but that is what comes with dining in the city. The location is just off Michigan Avenue on Huron so a perfect spot for shopping and dining. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location was key for us. Parked in garage directly across street and never moved it until we checked out. Took trains everywhere. Plenty to do all within distance. Hotel was very nice and staff was excellent.

We booked the Omni Chicago because it was walking distance to almost everything downtown Chicago. The hotel was beautiful, clean, roomy. I love the city view from our room.The staff (from the valet to the front desk to the room service) was friendly and helpful.
Parking was expensive. Valet is convenient but costs $75 a day. Public parking is blocks away from hotel and costs $50 a day. Traffic is congested. It takes 30-40mins to drive 5miles. But it is to be expected since it is a popular tourist site and no fault to the hotel.

The location is perfect
The heating was not working.The bathtub was clogged.It was too loud from traffic of Michigan Ave.The breakfast offer was deceiving.

The person working at the front desk was rude to us our entire stay. Room was only clean if we repeatedly asked
