Nice room - great location.

Staff was very friendly. Room was beautiful and big.
Room was on the 9th floor near Michigan Ave & it was SO loud all night. We could hear all the traffic from outside with racing and sirens all night. There was an animal protesting right outside of the hotel that didn't help. Luckily it ended at 10pm.
