The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park

Hotel was great. Location was excellent!

We had the suite, but it was pretty small. Well, for Manhattan, I would say it was acceptable.

The manager Joel moulghon treat me so bad, he was rude to me.He even tried to humiliate me. He has no human relations!!!! Also my original room at the ritz had a lot of problems, the water was black and The curtains were broken!!!

Staff is very friendly, manager is exceptionel kind and helpfull. Location is excellent.

Location was fantastic, hotel and hotel staff were mostly great.

Charges to my room from the bar and restaurant that were not consumed by me or my wife. I was advised these had been removed from the bill however was then charged upon returning home. Have found this extremely difficult to resolve and it's still not, almost 3 weeks after our stay despite speaking to multiple people on the phone.

The staff at the front door was disappointed. Nobody help my friends to open door or take the luggage even if they were just standing right there. Last night at Aman the service was totally different.

no coffee machine in the room. no hot water, nothing at all. No great attention was paid to us by the staff.
