- Location and the staff
- We were out downstairs in the pets room next to the parking and the Halls and room smelled like Lysol the bed was so soft so we had to switch rooms
- Beautiful location, easy to get to and from Solvang.

- No tv and nobody forewarned us prior to getting to the hotel
- No free breakfast and see above
