not worth it. I could get better service at a motel 6. You had to pay for everything even free internet that was not free. charge us resort fees even though it was paid through your app. If I had not spoken up they probably would of not said anything

Upscale, big pool area, food options.

Had a balcony city view which came with the city noise. Not loud enough to keep you awake though, unless you?re a light sleeper. Parking is $45/day but not too bad for a city.

Location. Its actually pretty nice.

The parking situation is horrible. ACE Parking company rules the roost when it come to check in making it miserable for anyone with their own car or who is not using their $45 a day valet service. Once you figure out the parking issue not too bad.

The gentleman who checked me in said that he was going to give me a $30 credit for food, but when I checked out there was no record of it. When I mentioned it to Nelson, he honored what was mentioned and gave me the credit.

The food from the Marina and Exchange

Our room was on the South side facing the convention center. The wedding that was going on out side was really loud. It felt like the band was in the room with us on the 16th floor. Music lasted till 10pm.

I liked the location & the amenities they had available

The alarm was set off twice in the middle of the night waking us up & having us go down 19 flights of stairs and then the AC in our hotel room was in & out and caused us to be sweating all night

had a leak coming from the ceiling in my room and the dripping sounds kept me up at night.

The location is beautiful. Having a balcony to enjoy the view is an added bonus.

Parking was a little confusing. The actual hotel parking is blocked by cones but signs direct you to the convention center parking. Luckily the hotel has validated tickets but having to repark and wait in line for the ticket took a while.

The view was definitely the best part of our stay although we were not able to fully enjoy it due to construction work right above us

Upset we were accommodated directly below a room that was going to have active construction being done during our stay. Not able to enjoy the balcony nor have our balcony door open due to the loud noise. Thumping and power tools heard through ceiling.

The hotel seemed short staffed and thus check in/check out was packed and very lengthy.

The location is fantastic and walking to the Seaport District is easy and safe.

The parking has gotten out of control!! They now charge FORTY $40 per day!!

The front staff was outstanding!

Even as a quest at the hotel, still cost $55 a night for valet or $40 self parking. This was the biggest disappointment of all. A guest shouldn¿t have to pay extra to park at the hotel they are staying.

We stayed two nights and were assigned a horrible room for the first night. We asked for a better room and we were assigned a fantastic room for the second night. The 10 star rating is for the second room. Staff was great except for the parking staff.

Parking staff were not helpful at all. They told me they would charge my car. They did not. They did not give me my key card when I left. I had to speak to the hotel manager to arrange for its return and I had to pay for it.
