Boca Raton Marriott At Boca Center

Convenient to shopping, restaurants and staff were very helpful. Location and view of the courtyard from my room was fantastic.

The heated pool could have been a bit warmer.

It¿s fairly clean and about a ten minute walk from a major mall. The staff also seems friendly. There is also free, covered parking.

I stayed over a week, in three separate rooms, and all three had issues like burned out lights, sticky floors, and visible damage on carpets and furniture. You can hear people dropping toilet seats, slamming doors, and talking through the walls.

Thermostats are set to 66 which is ok on a hot Florida day but chilly on a cool Florida night. Since there is no heat I would suggest leaving rooms at 70 as you can always bring the temperature down with a/c but you can’t bring temperature up with no he

Hotel employee at the front desk was extremely customer service oriented in welcoming us and checking us in after a 6 hr car ride. He was a great representation of the Marriot brand in his attention to details. Greatly appreciated the hard working AM cafe ladies

Did not like that our room lacked cleanliness and the onsight  construction. The room issue was remedied swiftly by Hotel employee att front desk as well as the front office mgr.

Was not advised refrigerator wasn’t working. Lost $120. Worth of fresh food!! Told Mgmt said they would credit us back for one night but still haven’t received any notification or receipt of payment.

Very clean rooms. Everything looks new and highly presentable, modern look! Staff was very nice too. Free parking. Would recommend 100%

The only thing is that you can hear people talking when they are passing by the room.

Definitely worth the cost I paid. Nice rooms well decorated, staff very courteous. Not a cheap hotel did not have time to use pool but it looked very nice. Food at the restaurant was very good. breakfast buffet had ok s selection of choises.

Room was clean, bed comfy, I had enough towels and it was overall nice.

Check In was weird; the employee didn't know very well the process. The hot tub was overchlorinated. My eyes where running, it was very bad. Room neighbors where super loud.

Very nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel seems best suited for business travelers.

Hated the pillows (they were feather pillows and probable nice ones, I just very much hate feather pillows) Breakfast a little pricey at $21 per person. We did not eat there, so cannot comment on the quality.

The hotel is very nice , clean , and is in a very enjoyable location. It is surrounded by several nice restaurants and shops … The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Overall , it was a very good stay.

Felt like a Holiday Inn - very dated, nothing 'luxury' or 4-star about it. Hallways felt like a motel, elevator issues, etc. Asked for late housekeeping (afternoon) and they came at 10am never to return.

Air was turned down all the way. It was cool. But, not as cool as the thermometer read.

The location was perfect. It had all the amenities, close to restaurants, great shopping.

The AC could have been cooler, I was fine but my daughter was very warm. Perhaps keep a light weight blanket in the room so you don't have to use the duvet.

The hotel is easy highway access, free parking and extremely clean. We checked in late and everyone was pleasant and even offered us late check out. Always a positive experience at this location

Nice pool area....plenty of food stops within easy walking distance.

I actually liked the old room decor better than the newly renovated rooms.
