- Nice room. Close proximity to where I needed to go.
- Overall, the lack of cleanliness, combined with the poor customer service and management’s failure to correct known issues, made for a very unpleasant experience. I expected a much higher standard and left feeling extremely dissatisfied with my stay.

- Valet parking crew extremely rude. My wife is disabled and they wouldn't let me drop her off in front of the lobby with her walker. She was just diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Very bad experience.
- The hotel was not clean. There was dog feces on my floor, and I accidentally stepped in it. There was also dog urine on and around the elevator. The valet was very rude, and his body odor was so strong that it left a lingering odor inside my vehicle.

The room was great, this hotel was well keep, comfortable and exceeded my expectations.
Parking is $34 for valet I'm not sure about self parking but sure its about half of that.
