Service was good, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, views over golf course and the panoramic slider door on our room were great.

Two cockroaches managed to make it into our room. The drapes and the closet in our room had an awful, elevator shaft, mechanical, chemical, musty, smell.. Every time we entered the room we smelled an old house instead of a 4 star hotel..

I will never stay here again. My card was charged $1500 while swiping for what should be a $150/night deposit. Upon noticing the charge I called downstairs to ask why this happened, received a weak apology. Next day, $500+ charge. Unacceptable!

The ac/ventilation system was v disappointing¿could NOT turn the fan off, even with power on thermostats saying off

Yes, very nice Hotel, however my Louis Vuitton Tote bag went missing and it took them 2 hours to locate it and manager on site was not helpful at all.

The manager on site that day was the worst

Comfy bed, great pool and spa, location and ocean view. Champagne at check-in. Big sliding doors for fresh air.

They allowed a loud wedding party to go until midnight. When I called at 11, I was told the manager was handling it. But they allowed it to keep going for another hour. Housekeeping knocked on the door in the morning despite the do not disturb sign.

The pool is amazing. The hotel is very new and clean.

Location was great.

Room 900 was loud due to excessive hallway noises from other guests and the bed was banged around every time someone accessed the utility room or stairway door. This property is not a true resort, but they¿ve tacked on huge ¿resort¿ fees and taxes.

Proximity to shopping and restaurants at Fashion Island. Beautiful view of well landscaped golf course from the pool/bar area.

Horribly long wait for valet even though they had about 10+ staff working. Not very organized in that department and desperately needs improvement. Had to call and remind them about a pack and play request I made prior to arrival.

Hotel was conveniently located near some really great beaches. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

I valet my car had 2 drag my bag 2concierge desk because hotel was under construction walked all the way 2service entrance n check in desk was in a hotel room. (172) fine. Turned on ac. It rattled all night. Checked out sat at airport for 5 hours.

Great location. Near shops, restaurants & just a short drive to the beach. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Nice little pool bar.

Stunning hotel with exceptional staff. Amenities made for a fantastic experience so close to the coast. Hotel was impeccably clean and service was beyond exceptional.

Not a single complaint. Truly, our favorite hotel on the southern Pacific Coast.

The pool and lounge area was beautiful and peaceful.

The spa was closed while everything else was open and that is the whole reason we booked this hotel

They advertised Covid precautions but said nothing to people not masked in hotel populated areas. Even several buy coffee at there shop unmasked. I think afraid of confrontation. I own commercial properties My take is it makes for huge liability.

The walls in this hotel is very thin. You can easily hear people talking next room. Loud music was playing since 10:30pm till 2:30am next door. Can’t sleep. Toilet has piece of hair and dropping in the water when I check in room, not a good experien
