Cons -
- Limit day trippers, when we arrived on Sunday, the pool was packed (parent weaving through chairs chasing her kids while carrying another) staff said they had never seen it like that with kids and people NOT staying, towels in room were itchy and felt like a cheap hotel, the Nespresso machine- waste - just wanted a cup of coffee, no ventilation in the bathroom at all the tissue box was soaked after one shower even with the door open. You NEED 2 pools, like years ago (one for adults only). I preferred the Thann toiletries over Molton Brown - smelled better and made the place smell nice. Do not like the upgrades-felt like Vegas. We stayed 11 years ago and Loved it. Stayed again 7 years and room needed upgrading, but this time disappointed with the stay and place. I would have stayed someplace else had I known what it was like. I even considered leaving after the first night but did not think I could get a refund. Car battery dead upon departure as lights were left on. Overall, not a great experience.

The hotel is awesome and I love the ocean view but the breakfast is not a good price match… it’s choosing meal on a menu with a budget under $30… I thought it would be a better dining experience.
There are soooooo many hidden fees….. valet parking for $65?
