Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Broken fixtures in the bathroom and needs a renovation. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful with inquiries.

Location, aesthetics, staff were all fantastic. Valet staff was amazing .… Hunter is a hoot!!!!

The extras, including 2 drink tickets, bike rentals, shuttle to cabana club and gorgeous walkways made our stay amazing.

The scenery was gorgeous! Seeing all the wildlife was amazing as well.

The first room,the ac did not work!! And it reeked of mildew, so that tells u the ac didn?t just go out. The phone didn?t work so I couldn?t call at first and had to wrestle with the phone for about 15 mins- all while having a heat stroke with no ac.

Location and the room was a villa really nice, love the balcony!

The check in process was ridiculous 3 ppl behind the counter but only 1 doing the check in so the wait was horrible, parking in the lobby was unorganized, and extending the check out time was unknowledgable.

The location and shuttle service to the cabana club and fireworks

The only thing good about that stay was that I used the express deal and Didn't pay full price for the hotel.

Toilet didn't work,walls were dirty.

Bathroom had two sinks that were clogged. Mentioned it to the front desk, they did not repair. Room door slammed shut so my heel get hit pretty good.

Location, golf course

The rooms at golf villa were completely outdated, right down to the disgusting 1985 phone that hasn¿t been cleaned. Fan in bathroom didn¿t work and everything completely saturated after shower. Parking fee $20 to park outside your room. Very disappointe

The room had a few things broken or not working well. Seems like a handyman or a remodel might be in order.

I like the location and all of the restaurants and pools located at the hotel.

The room I had booked was not available when I got to the hotel. They said that side of the hotel was being renovated. So they stuck me in a room I didn¿t want. Also the hotel fee was $50 not $25 as advertised. There was also a $28 parking fee. Not listed

Out of the 3 elevators for the entire resort-only one worked during our stay. The one that did work the line was so long you literally had to wait 20 min on it. I was traveling with my elderly mother with bad knees and this was very inconvenient!

Lots of area to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

Keep an eye on your bill at checkout. Someone else¿s restaurant charge was on our room. They looked into and removed charge right away. But if I didn¿t notice, I would have been paying for it.

You have to take a shuttle to the beach, the amenities minigolf and other areas were closed. Their email states you can have 2 beach chairs and other fun stuff for a resort fee but they don¿t have anything a provate comp charge 3x resort fee for chairs

I loved the location and the property was very nice. I also liked the beach club.

Parking was a challenge just because the parking lot was sooooo far away from the hotel.

The property was very nice and well kept.

The room was small, and not clean. There were stains on the walls, beds, and curtains. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The air condition was constantly on and off and was very loud. Definitely not a 4 star experience.

I love the location, the pool, and the private beach

Though I know it cannot be helped right now, the service at The Pub was so slow, we had to leave hungry after waiting 35 min, with no food in sight

We were placed in a villa, not the main hotel, so long walk to amenities with kids. Broken shutters on exterior of building, few towels in room, dirty air vents and window sills, no bedding for pull out, VERY dated/used furnishings

The upcharges. Resort fees and parking fees. It¿s a ¿hidden¿ cost where I might choose another place. I only needed one night and was not there to use the resort. (Mayo clinic)
