- The extras, including 2 drink tickets, bike rentals, shuttle to cabana club and gorgeous walkways made our stay amazing.
- The scenery was gorgeous! Seeing all the wildlife was amazing as well.
- Staff was great
Cons -
- The first room,the ac did not work!! And it reeked of mildew, so that tells u the ac didn?t just go out. The phone didn?t work so I couldn?t call at first and had to wrestle with the phone for about 15 mins- all while having a heat stroke with no ac.
- Bed skirts were dirty.
- The check in process was ridiculous 3 ppl behind the counter but only 1 doing the check in so the wait was horrible, parking in the lobby was unorganized, and extending the check out time was unknowledgable.
