The renovations was extremely loud! It was very disruptive early in the morning until 6pm

My experience with the staff left something to be desired. First off, when I approached the bar for a cappuccino, I was met with a surprising response: The female bartender let me know I was to make my way to the cafe myself!

Room wasn?t fully cleaned.

The room I was assigned was different than what I booked (very limited city view, no walk in shower, no coffee maker in the room). I notified the hotel and they did not do anything about it. I think I was overcharged for the room I was assigned.

The staff was amazing and made our stay extremely welcoming. Not to mention the upgrade to a balcony room was phenomenal ?

Well I didn?t like having to show my room card for entry to the pool each time

I've stayed at cleaner 3.5 star hotels. Linens were stained from the room to the pool. Servers at dining establishments were not very friendly or attentive but I guess they don't need to focus on customer experience when a 20% svc fee is charged upfront.

How clean the lobby and hallways were.

The room didn?t give luxury. Crowded pool barely any room to relax.

This property exceeded my expectations. The pool was the highlight - beautiful, large pool with very attentive security and staff making sure you had a great experience .Rooms were very clean and updated. I would go back to this location in a heartbeat!

Hotel was very clean and well kept, very kid friendly but also kept classy in a sense. Pools were very clean and very warm! Beach access was perfect.

Only thing that I did not really like was the fact that it was 55.00 a day for parking and you had to valet, you could not go to your car whenever you wanted/needed. Also, almost 100.00 a day in resort fees and taxes not included in the original price.

51$ a day for parking, It said free breakfast one of the top amenities, there is no free breakfast. When you ask questions no body has an answer

The location, the staff ,the amenities were all top of the line. I WILL definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

Great pool and access to the beach. Loved the balcony in the room. Left the door open and enjoyed the ocean breeze at night.

Wish room service would have serviced the room prior to mid afternoon.

The staff was incredibly friendly and happy to help with any questions or concerns. They went out of their way to have us enjoy our stay to the fullest. Special mention to hotel employees. I can’t wait to go back!
