Staff and location, unbeatable , the staff are really friendly and helpful

Rooms are too tight and a bit old needs maintenance

Location is excellent. Right on the beach and next to Lincoln road. Service at breakfast was excellent and friendly. Pedro the waiter went beyond, even gifted us fresh mango from his stash. Amazing.

Little except that there were many small children and it was generally crowded / a big place.

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location.

When we arrived there was construction going on in the hotel which meant that the whole hotel was vibrating and you couldn’t hear yourself think. We checked out and were offered a refund for our remaining nights. This was the beginning of September. I am yet to receive the refund even though I have contacted the hotel multiple times. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice looking hotel, good location

The bathroom door squeaked when it was moved. Told it was a refurbished room and an upgrade, didn't feel like it.

Beautiful property and rooms, very accommodating staff. Love the text chat feature for questions and requests. Pool was big enough for ratio of guests and beach amenities and water activities are great value of resort fees. Food & beverage staff were attentive and friendly.

The location is very good. WiFi was good, and some staff member very nice.

Housekeeping service is very bad. You never know what time they will come to your room. Some days they went around 4pm, even later. They do not refill anything, it is really not a good service. On beach- makes no sense to charge for the umbrela. We pay a good resort fee, umbrella should be included. Breakfast is good at the hotel, but even if you chose a rate with breakfast included, you must pay for the third guest. “Included” is just for 2 persons, even if you book for three.What makes me reconsider booking again is the bad housekeeping service.

The staff from the cleaning ladies to the pool attendants (especially coach and Eric), concierges and management, made us feel right at home for the week. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

Location good

Properly was under going renovations and didn’t mention it at all before booking. There was an email after booking with a small sentence saying “rooms are getting an exciting refresh and all facilities remain open”. Loud drilling all day Monday to Saturday. They offered us an “upgrade” to the building next door but the room was even older and bathroom didn’t have proper shower like room we booked. Property should have been more open and honest that it’s a major renovation happening and noise to be expected all day.

Comfortable, quiet room, friendly, and efficient staff. The pool and beach area are outstanding.

We stayed in the St. Tropez tower. The room window was in bad condition, as were the curtains; it was very difficult to open or close them. The shower was uncomfortable, and the complimentary soap and shampoo were of poor quality.
